It is not old dividend I believe. I got the alert at my gtbank from sterling registrar and I have held japaul shares over 12 yrs of sec rule for dividend so I believe it was the dividend they declared since 2022 financial yr but thr was no payment date fixed. I sold all my japaul this January.

I did not say the dividend was for 2023 financial yr because I dont think any dividend was declared

How do you go about reclaiming Japan shares bought under sterling registrars, my mum bought it for me as a child, it’s been impossible trying to reach them so I can claim dividends

I want to leave an apartment.
what would I do when my landlord say I must pay light Bills arrears that the flat has?. The fact is that he didn’t provide the meters, after promising to provide in less than a month before I paid for rent, and that agreement between us was a major factor why I paid Rent, agreement, caution fee and the rest, and now I was billed estimated billing for light for 12 months, I was billed about 80k monthly for a selfcon apartment and I tried to be paying 20k monthly. During this time I always complained to the landlord about these things. And he will say he is processing it.

Now I said I can’t cope with the bills from the house, because every month Nepa cut the light, we go to their office and pay 5k per flat for reconnection and also 20k as light bills.

Please what’s the right action.
In my new house now, Band A, I’ve been using 5k light for two weeks in my metre, I feel really sad when I remember money and energy wasted plus trauma in my former house

Cos I have been experiencing some pressure in my left chest which I feel causes me discomfort or some sensations in my left leg or arm.
I have done ECG.. And was told my heart is very OK.. Don't know why I still feel the pressure..
