Pls house after buying d hnd fulltime form wat next

I made a mistake with my date of birth while feeling d hnd fulltime form pls aw can I rectify it

For those saying d cutoff is out where did u get d information from becos is not on d school website and no sms was sent to us from d shool management and I i didn't even see d interview dat ond website too.pls I need urgent reply

Cos av called several people in d school and was told dat dey dont accept polyibadan cos dey av unresolved issue am just confuse dont kw if I should give it a trial
