Yes, my BP was unreasonably high. With the help of some treatment and drugs, I was able to bring it down back to normal. It happened that I wasn't having enough sleep for weeks and the accumulated stress increased my BP

About 2 month ago, I woke up around from sleep around few minutes to 12 in the night. I was a little weak but I need to pea so I walk straight into the bathroom with my phone in my hand. On getting to the bathroom, I just noticed by heart beat was pumping very fast and I felt to much discomfort and I remembered I was just looking up. The next thing I noticed was that I stood up from the floor. I never knew the gravity of the fall until I saw the distance between where I was and where my phone was. Not only that, I was close to the toilet zinc when I had that sudden race in heart beat and all the detergents, soap,plastics, toothbrush, toothpaste on top of the zinc were all scatterd on the floor when i stood up.
That was when I knew there was a very thin line between life and death. Trust me, you will not even realise you are dead when it happens. May God be with us.

One thing people fail to realise is that without the reformation policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, there is no way those state governors would perform to the admiration of the people. They now have more money to deliver the dividend of democracy. Since 1999, people have experienced terrible leadership across the country and almost everyone have lost hope that the country will get better. But since Tinubu came to power and transformed the economy and giving a lifeline into the country,governors across the 36 states of the country now have more money to do things that have NEVER been experienced in there state since 1999. So naturally the people will the surprised and believe the governors are the best compared to previous governors that have lead them.
In this Tinubu's administration, it will be difficult across the 36 state of the federation regardless of the party affiliation for a seating governor to be removed except a cursed governor that don't take advantage of the enormous resources they get from the federal government for the betterment of the people they govern.
This doesn't have anything to do with the party the governor belongs to, it has to do with the perception of the people about the work the governor is doing. If Adeleke had been allowed to join the APC, he would still have won because the people of Osun see him as a working governor.
So the credit have to go President Tinubu 100%. The governors know this and ALL of them will support Tinubu in 2027 and that's a fact .

By the time Tinubu wins in 2027, I hope they will keep thesame energy and call it a free and fair election. If they don't, I will just present them a lot of 🪣🪣🪣🪣🪣🪣🪣🪣🪣
