The only problem is that she keeps abusing most of our customers and causing the public to hate our products and services because of her behaviour. Should we still keep her and loose all our customers?

You are trying to prove smart but try harder. There isn't a fair correlation between the two situations because working in a public office where laws are meant to be enforced to bring about sanity in the society is different from working in an organisation where your main priorities are customer satisfaction. Enforcement of laws to ensure the society is habitable for all requires some rigid and stringent measures else you will not achieve goals and purpose.

Our "coward" military personnel are now endangered species in the hands of terrorists while the bold ,courageous military personnel are been celebrated by some certain group of people for them guarding an illegal property and standing up to a civilian they so much dislike
