I guess I was just lucky. It was my first time trying and I saw a couple of dates in November and December for ABUJA.

Hint: I did this in the night.

I am yet to submit my DS 160 form.

I also saw other dates in November and December.

I got my i20 from WIU (spring 2022) a few days ago.

Today, I scheduled for the visa interview and my birthday was the earliest available date. It's going to be a double celebration for me by God's grace.
