Educational ServicesIntroducing ODD — Orodo Digital Development by masternz(op): 3:13pm On May 10
My name is Nzubechi Ezebunwa, popularly known as Master Nz, a software engineer, entrepreneur, and founder of ODD (Orodo Digital Development).

I was born in Lagos, grew up in Orodo, and over the years I built my career in technology, web development, and digital solutions. But one thing kept bothering me:

Many talented young people in our communities are being left behind by the digital economy, not because they lack intelligence, but because they lack access, guidance, and opportunity.

That realization led to the creation of ODD.

ODD (Orodo Digital Development) is a movement focused on bringing digital skills, technology, opportunity, and innovation to the youth of Orodo and beyond.

Our vision is simple:

Build a generation of young people who can use digital skills to create opportunities, earn income, and compete globally without abandoning their roots.

ODD is built on three pillars:

1. ODD Academy
Tech skills training in:

Web Development
Graphic Design
Business
Content Creation
Digital Marketing

2. ODD Connect
Building digital tools and platforms that strengthen community connection and communication.

3. ODD Earn
Helping young people turn skills into income through freelancing, remote work, and digital opportunities.

The goal is not just to teach.
The goal is transformation.

We want to create a movement where Orodo youth can build, connect, and earn in the modern digital world.

This is only the beginning.

I would appreciate your support, feedback, ideas, and encouragement as we build something meaningful for the future.

Build. Connect. Earn.

Webmasters5 Reasons Your Nigerian Business Website Is Not Getting You Customers by masternz(op): 5:21pm On May 02
Many Nigerian business owners spend money on a website and still get zero customers from it. You paid someone, they delivered something that looks fine, you shared the link on WhatsApp, and then... nothing. No calls, no enquiries, no sales. Just silence.

The truth is, having a website and having a website that works are two very different things. Let me break down the five most common reasons your site is failing you.

1. Nobody Can Find It on Google
If your website is not showing up when people search for your business or what you sell, then it might as well not exist. This is called SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and most cheap or rushed websites in Nigeria are built with zero attention to it. Your site needs to be properly set up so Google can discover it, understand it, and recommend it to people searching for what you offer.

2. Your Website Does Not Tell Visitors What to Do Next
A lot of Nigerian business websites just... exist. They show your logo, list your services, and then leave the visitor confused. There is no clear "Call Us Now", "Get a Free Quote", or "Order Here" button. People will not figure it out themselves. You need what is called a Call to Action on every page, telling your visitor exactly what step to take.

3. It Opens Slowly or Breaks on Mobile
More than 80% of Nigerians browse the internet on their phones. If your website takes forever to load on a slow network, or the text is too small to read on a phone screen, visitors will leave before they even see what you sell. A fast, mobile-friendly website is not a luxury, it is the minimum requirement today.

4. The Content Does Not Build Trust
Nigerian customers are careful. Before they spend money, they want to know who they are dealing with. If your website has no real photos, no customer reviews, no clear address or phone number, no explanation of how you work — they will bounce and go to someone they trust more. Your website needs to answer the silent question every visitor is asking: "Can I trust these people?"

5. It Was Built Once and Never Touched Again
A website is not a one-time project. If your last blog post is from 2021, your prices are outdated, or your contact details changed and nobody updated the site, that sends a bad signal. An abandoned website tells customers that your business may not be active or serious. Regular updates, even small ones, keep your site alive and relevant.
These are not problems that require you to spend a fortune to fix. They just require the right person who understands both websites and how Nigerian customers think.
