My son finally got an invite from the Polish Embassy at Abuja for a study permit interview at around 10am this morning scheduled for later in November. He submitted a registration since mid June. Good luck to everyone still on the wait list. Just to let you know there is hope.

How do i go about it? When i tried re-applying for the visa-interview, i was told that i already applied unless i want to change some informations from the previous application.

If the system says you've applied and you did not get an acknowledgement email showing you've been added to the waitlist, I advised you contact the support for the system. Their contact info is on the site. Hopefully, they will attend to you. Another option may be to register again with another email address. Not sure if this has any implication.

Most probably you didn't do it the right way. Go through the process again. Ensure you select the menu Registration of Application for National Visa and not just Application. You will be directed to do the video verification and payment for the 7 euro, complete an application then submit. You will then get an email confirming you are on the waitlist. Best of luck.

@greenparrot, have you received an interview appointment for the Polish Embassy @ Abuja? Appointments were supposed to have been released today being 1st Monday of the month. Still on waitlist since June.

Thanks. However, I have combed the whole of the Polish Embassy site and can't find a feature to check application status. If you have one, can you kindly send the link?

Has anyone received an interview date from Polish Embassy for student visa today being the last Monday of the month? If so, can you advise when you registered?

Thanks @freedomtours. We believe it was well registered. He got an acknowledgement email after the registration informing him he is on the waitlist. In addition, the embassy confirmed his application is still on their system in one of their responses to our emails. The problem is that the school he is going to in Poland resumes next Monday and not only is he yet to get an appointment, the embassy did not give any indication on the wait time. Do you know if people that registered their student visa applications in June have started getting interview invites?

Hope it was well registered..that's is the challenge many are facing now at the embassy, if he did that well, he Wil get appointment and secondly once appointment is sent to your email be very alert to accept it within 30 minutes..if not it will be rescheduled to another person, this is very important, be alert from tomorrow morning, Poland Visa Appointment for all category.

Has anyone tha registered for Polish Student visa since June received an interview appointment yet? My son registered since June and is yet to get an appointment and his school is resuming in about a week's time.
