How else can you explain such letter leaking?

Firstly, I'd say that the problems of the super eagles are way beyond any coach. They are administrative issues e.g no academies, deplorable league and age falsification. Siasia can do little about these.

Secondly, a super brand like the super eagles needs a worldclass coach irrespective of where he is from. all these noise about local coaches are a result of a false sense of patriotism. The super eagles coach should be someone who can coach a european team.

Lastly, we did not give any coach time to perform. They were under pressure from the beginning. Why give siasia 3 years? I believe he needs more time, say 7 years, but the time he is asking for makes it look as though we have been cruel to the previous coaches.

We should all not crucify Sanusi without taking time to understand him. All he is saying is that we all have faults and should look to the future instead of the past. Nobody younger than 50 should have any form of racial prejudice guiding his decisions. Otherwise, we can not have an "Obama" from an unexpected background as president.

Let's be sincere, Siasia is not ripe enough yet. We are only pushing him to his disgrace the way we did to Amodu. Till Siasia can coach a team in the UEFA league or the top leagues of Europe, he should not be encouraged to coach Nigeria. We need coaches with the type of Parreira's status for a super brand like the Super Eagles.
