I don't know how active the soap is for now. You can ask your brother to shave off his hair and use razor blade to burst out the rashes and apply the soap and leave it for 1hour and then wash it off. Then apply any active menthol cream on it. The name of the soap is OKIN. And the price should be within #50 to #100. |
