In order not to stir up ill feelings, I'll advise that we should stop using the word 'DRUGGIST' for pharmacists because some are taking it for 'DRUGGIE' which means a person who takes illegal drugs regularly. But all I know is that D-R-U-G-G-I-S-T is convensionally accepted since it's in the dictionary and it means pharmacist. Logical question: why is a doctor called DOC or MEDICO? Why is a medical student called a MEDIC? SHALOM.
