Even in Germany, you can't have a decent job without the need to know German language. so as the country you live in right now. English is bastardized in the European continent and jobs which every student yarn for must be gotten through language competence.
Last time some students went for Job-fair and they were asked about there level of language proficiency.
Language is a barrier to some extent but getting jobs for survival is available for those who sort for that avenue.

You can apply through scholarship or you can opt for self fund. Regardless you need btw 10-15m to have a decent living including paying ur rent and means of livelihood. There are limited jobs due to language issues which will be a stumbling block.
Go to Masters portal and find any cheap school to start your journey.
