If you know who to borrow from do it. However, be ready to work hard and support yourself. You can be paying the person back by instalments as you withdraw your monthly limit. THE blocked account is opened through the german embassy....and you gaz deposit 8000euro(3.3m) inside....it is monitored o....everytime by the embassy and withdrawal of anythin above 600 euro per month is not guaranteed....so german blocked account is not what you will have to borrow money for them to see you have the money....it has to be there.
That was in 2012,please can someone tell me if I can still get the block account just to get the visa and later return it back?
