The three south south governors through a secret SMS decide to decamp to APC after the party comes up with the sharing formula.
Here is their conversations:

State C: what do you think about this APC party?
State R: I think this is the best moment to deliver our state from the hands of those stakeholders.
State D : We have to protect our interest first before talking any decision.
State C: Our interest would be protected, but we have to pipe low, because the presidency has a spy from this region.
State R: That's true because I was astonished when Abati called me that my state agreed to sponsor the APC party.
State D: we just have to be careful because is obvious they are looking for a way to indict us using the EFCC to compel us to deliver our state to PDP comes 2015.
State C: you are right, that's one of the major reasons why we need to dissolve our cabinet and elect men who we will use to finance the party unknown to the masses and presidency.
State R : No matter what,I am going to deliver my state to APC. The PDP chairman in my state will be replace because he is close to the presidency.
State D : Let's have a brief meeting is London next month.
State C: That will be better.

Politics / Uduaghan Is Not A Magician Or The Almighty God Let's Appreciate Him. by Matthewgreatman(m): 10:41pm On Jan 27, 2013

Democracy : A System of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of  a state.
If  democracy is all about a government by the whole population of a particular state, that means the rise and fall of a particular state lies in the hands of the leaders and her people. If the state government failed in her duty, you have also failed. Thus; you as a eligible member contributed to the failure  in one way or the other. As for me,the state is moving and am moving. I refuse to be a failure.

Development :The process of developing or being  developed. Rather a specified state of growth or advancement. Development is a process please the leaders are not magicians it's obvious that the demands and expectations from the 25LGAs are so numerous, but there is what we call scale of preference even the almighty make use of it. No wonder it is written "Thou it tarries but it shall come to pass". He might say wait for a while,or grant your request immediately, all even say NO for reasons best known to him. This also happens in the government they know the demands of the masses are genuine but the resources will not be able to meet  up the demands so they do the  most important and lay foundations for others pending when allocation comes.
Don't expect Uduaghan's administration to satisfied the 25LGAs,human wants are unlimited and it's only the omnipotent  God,  that can satisfied humans.
Let's deviate from blasting our state governors on social media.. Protect and apprieciate your own before others hijack our state in the name of stakeholders or political leaders. "The rat when dey inside ni call the outside one say food ". Me and Let's join hands with Dr.Uduaghan to move the state forward..

centje: Only few niger delta states are making good use of the huge allocation. However not all niger delta states receive the 'huge' allocation. Imo and abia state allocations are no where near those of akwa ibom, rivers and delta states.

Based on my personal observations, akwa ibom, rivers, ondo and to some extent edo state are doing relatively great with their allocations. Abia and delta are the worst-case scenarios.
you no nothing about delta state. Stop jumping into conclusions.

Politics / The Finger Of God. by Matthewgreatman(m): 5:49pm On Jan 16, 2013
After chief Onanefe Ibori  handed over power to Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, it's on  record that delta state dreams for human capital development came to reality.  Indeed democracy is not complete until the masses feels the impact of the government. It takes a leader who is competent,educated,experienced and who acknowledge the economic value of human capital development in a state to come up with such agenda. This facts were  displayed in Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan (CON)  administration through the  numerous human capital development shceme done by his administration to  better the lives of both the unborn children, infants, youths,Adults,old,the poor and the average deltans. This he does in different areas;
1) Micro credit Scheme: His Excellency received an award as the best governor supporting micro credit scheme in Nigeria. This Micro credit scheme was able to elevate the  Agricultural sector along side gave support to the petty traders and youths across the state.

2) Transportation system : The governor as a matter of fact after the effect banned of okada riders  was able to subsidise the price of  tricycles as an alternative means to assist the okada riders. Also the city shuttle busses, marcopolo busses, speed boats, helped in low cost of transportation in the state.

3) His commitment to sports earn the team delta the Eko 2012 trophy.

4) The rehabilitation of schools to international standard was one project that struck the minds of deltans, as top politicians  now withdraw their children from private schools to public schools in the state.

5) Scholarship Scheme: Also the international and local scholarship scheme introduced by him has produced the best foreign student ever admitted in one of the schools in UK, recently he gave an approval for Aviation scholarship for young men and women whose dreams are to be pilots. About 155persons are currently studying abroad courtesy of Uduaghan scholarship scheme. The primary schools and junior secondary schools examination fees was also made free by his excellency.

6)   The emergency construction of  159 roads  across the state has opened doors for investors in the state.

7) The Asaba international Airport which is 80% completed had also assisted to cut off the risk of most Deltans driving down to Benin to catch up Lagos flight. And very soon it will be an Airport that will compete with one of the best international Airport in the country.

cool February 2012, over 4000persons were gainfully employed into the state civil service commission which reduce the rate of unemployment in the state.

9) The free health care program, which is capital intensive is one program that is envied  by other states. Today is still very fresh on record that delta state  has the highest numbers of public paid doctors compared to other states in the country.  Recently the free health care program cut across the rural areas in the state through the mobile clinic. The Uduaghan's administration  was able to equipped the Oghara teaching hospital to international standard and as such is rated among the best in west Africa.

10) The on going youths empowerment program via the deposit of  N500milion by His Excellency in Bank of Industry (BOI) to assist unemployed graduate in the state is also a welcome development that the youths celebrate him for.

***All these among others, falls under just one  of his three point agenda "HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT". A promise made and a promise fulfilled is what good governance is all about. The youths, elders, poor and the average deltans, will forever remember His Excellency ,if not for any reason but for human capital development agenda delivered to the fullness.
Just as numerous these  projects and programs are; that's how words are so numerous for Deltans to express their  gratitude to Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan.
Like I always say,the expectations for more are still high but for these once deltans are saying a big thank you,and God bless.

[quote author=EfeTony6]SO FAR ON GOVERNOR UDUAGHAN'S HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AGENDA.

Human capital development is the stock of competences, knowledge, and personality attributes embodied in the ability to perform labour and produce economic value. It is the attribute gained by the individual through education and experience.
From the above explanation of human capital development, you can agree with me that the six(6) major keys pointed out are:
1) Competences
2) Knowledge
3) Education
4)Produce economic value
5) Personality
6) Experience
We cannot dispute the fact that His Excellency Governor Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan has recently demonstrated the above listed points of human capital development by investing huge amount on the Health sector,Education,Sport and Transportation.

1) In the area of competences, recently in the Eko 2012 Sports festival, as demostrated by team Delta, winning a total number of 288medals. This was as a result of the commitment of the governor to support the team, and also to improve on the sport sector recently before the players went for the completion.

2&3)  Education and knowledge: It is on record that Delta state spend N1.5 billion annually for scholarship programs, and also Delta as a state has the largest numbers of public paid doctors in Nigeria, along side the free health care programs which cost billions of Naira. The scholarship programs are classified into local and international scholarship.Recently about 55 persons received the cheque of N5million each to study in some of the best university of their choice outside the country. Courtesy of Governor Uduaghan, the commisoner of high education and scholarship board effective team staffs.

4) Produce Economic Value: We cannot also dispute the fact that these programs are of economic value to the state and individuals.Just like the team Delta players are going home with a cash price of N1million each for gold medals and we've close to 108 gold medals. This indeed has added economic value to both the individuals and the state at large. The recent awardees will also add economic value to both the state and the country in time memorial. This is because in the next 5-10years Uduaghan's scholarship scheme will produce professionals doctors, pilots, lecturers, movie stars, world stars in sports, etc. The total numbers of beneficiaries of Uduaghan's scholarship scheme has increase to 155 persons studying aboard. And one Mr. Ajaz is breaking records in Uk,as one of the best international student the school had ever admitted.

Lastly when we refer to Experience and personalities,it's obvious that these persons benefiting from the scheme, will turnout to be more experienced and public figures who will uphold and protect the dignity of this state and country in the nearest future. Permit me to state here, that the governor has delivered to the fullest on human capital development as part of his three(3) point agenda.God bless Delta state,God bless Governor Uduaghan.

Man, go get a life, a.ss licking doesn't pay. At ur age, the congo-headed Uduaghan was in medical school. You're here bartering your children's futures for 100 Naira recharge card.

Thank you puppy. I enjoy doing what I like most, and if I spend my whole day dealing with Anti-Uduaghan agents like you,I am very comfortable at that. But one thing am so sure of,you can't stop the finger of God working through EEU in delta state.

GARRI (x7):

Can you tell me what Uduaghan has achieved in Delta State in the past 5 years with the trillions of Naira??
Are you aware of the human capital development agenda that has cut across the 25LGA in the state, evn down to their remote areas. The massive development in infrastructure, the same administration built an International Airport, are you talking about employment, upgrading of schools, free health care, and if you must know the standard equipments we have in Oghara teaching hospital were bought by this administration, viewing centres across the state, recent constructions of roads, transformation in the transportation sector which was able to subsidise the cost of transportation, the youths empowerment programs, micro credit scheme, and many more. Some of us judge this administration base on the things that are not visible to us. Human capital development is what Nigeria should key into in other to better the lives of her citizen. Good governance should not be seen as road constructions only.

fkaz: I don't know how our leader arrive at their budget.
Is it what the people are yearning for or what they the leader think is good for the citizen. How can somebody budgeted 1.6billion on leisure and destination park and leave housing with just 783million.

afam4eva: Delta is state with loads of talented and industrious people but it's a shame that just like Anambra they've not gotten that person that will take them to the promise land. I for one was not in support of Uduaghan when Ibori decided to impose him on Deltans because i felt his CV was no good enough and his body language did not look like that of someone that was going to be the catalyst that Delta state has been waiting for. It's unfortunate that Delta has been left behind by Akwa Ibom state whom they get almost the same allocation. I hope in the next election, they'll vote in someone irrespective of tribe for the betterment of the mini-Nigeria.

Politics / Urhobo Youths Parliament urge FG To Sanitize EFCC... by Matthewgreatman(m): 1:31pm On Jan 06, 2013
The activities of the Economic and financial crimes commission (EFCC) has become a menace to our nation Nigeria. The following are group of companies and politicains investigated by the commission, and today Nigerians are still waiting patiently for the out Come.

1) Fago Petroleum and Gas Limited and Oluwaseun Ogunbanbo who were docked for fraudulently obtaining the sum of N979,653,110.20 ( Nine Hundred and Seventy Nine Million, Six Hundred and Fifty Three Thousand, One Hundred and Ten Thousand Naira, Twenty Eight Kobo), from the Petroleum Support Fund for a purported importation of 33, 627, 84 litres of Premium Motor Spirit.

2)Walter Wagbatsoma; Adaoha Ugo -Ngadi; Fakuade Babafemi Ebenezer; Ezekiel   Olaleye Ejidele and Ontario Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited wiho was  arraigned for fraudulently obtaining the sum of N1, 959, 377, 542, .63 (One Billion, Nine Hundred and Fifty Nine Million, Three Hundred and Seventy Seven Thousand, Five Hundred and Forty Two Naira, Sixty Three Kobo) from the Petroleum Support Fund for a purported importation of 39.2 litres of Premium Motor Spirit.

3) The alleged  $15m bride by the ex-governor of delta state has not been returned to the state coffers.

4) The properties and monies recovered from Sani Abacha's family are nowhere to be found.

5) Bankole was invited too by this same commision after embarrassment on newspapers and Internet, the commision came out and declared him not guilty after business.

6) Farouk lawan as well as Hembe's bribe probe scander are yet 2 produce any result 2 nigerians not withstanding the tremendous public interest it generated

The politicians and petroleum dealers that were investigated by the commision, are walking freely in our society. Is obvious that the commission and her agents, come up with propaganda and make publications to frighten politicains and at the end goes through the back door and collect bribe. I wonder what our country is turning into with the activities of this commission. Recently some oppositions wrote petitions to the commision against 12 governors It's a clear fact that they have started their usual  business this year. The commision is now an avenue for oppositions  to write  petitions and after carrying out false investigations they demand huge amount of money as bribe from politicans.
Based on this facts, we appeal to the federal government to look into the activities of the commision to avoid further embarrassment of humble Nigerians . A committe  should be set up to investigate their activities most especially in the  areas of  blackmailing, and extorting monies from sincere politicans.

Nigerians are still waiting.....
