what site can i download music from? and how do i go about it.

pls I am new on this forum, don't even know how to post on the forum so i used this medium (HOPING I GOT IT RIGHT). pls start by teaching me hoW to post my question or comment on the forum.
secondly i am having DIFFICULTIES operating my new Q5. just got it and am having problems operating it.
I subscribed yesterday morning and since then till now i have not being giving my data plan. i subscribed for the comonth and glo customer care is attributing my non issuance to wrong subscription. Guys i really need your help.
1)what plan really works for the Q5?
2)CAN I set up emails using the BIS plan on the BB 10 series (Q5)?
3) how do i download music and videos from the internet into my phone.
