Waiting too. Bio on 24th July. Empty NSF on August 12th, followed by another empty NSF email and an additional document email on August 18th. Done two paid mails, they responded with “awaiting decision email”. It’s a waiting game now, not sure you can do anything to push them except praying🙏🏾🤞🏾

Hello house.

I did my biometrics on the 24th of July. Got the “unable to make a decision within normal timeframe” email on August 12 ( working day 13), no other information. Then they resent the same email again on the 18th of August (working day 17) except that the requested for additional document which is a bank statement I originally uploaded in my application. I submitted it that same day and has been waiting since then. Today is working day 20. Any one has an idea of how frequently they’ll reply or if there’s anything I can do?

Try to send the hard copy(stamped n signed) this time around if u haven't done so. U can also add ur dorm acct statement. That's wat I did n I got a success mail d following day

They sent an email today requesting for additional document (Statement of account). I initially uploaded the statement in my original application, I guess it was omitted. I intend to send the document again and wait 🤞🏾

Yes they reached out after two days but requested for additional documents.

Please what day did you do biometrics?. Mine was 24th July, got this message on 12th August but they haven’t reached out for any documents till now

Nothing yet. I called them and they advised to wait until after tomorrow, then I will give them a call on Monday.

Hello good people, why would the Cgi portal not showing rescheduled tab. It is only showing cancel and emergency. It is for a family member please. She was previously denied and has rescheduled 2 times . Thanks

Same here as well. Abuja embassy. I don’t know why the reschedule tab isn’t available. I’ve only rescheduled once and it has always been there until about 3 days ago. Maybe no one knows why
