Mandatory Criteria: Demonstrating Recognition as a Leading Talent in Digital Technology

MC (A) - Awards and Recognition for Contributions to Digital Technology
Tech Award: I included the tech award I received for my impact in the technology sector, along with a publication about the award and a list of other recipients.
Media Mention: I provided clips from newspaper features and magazines where my work was highlighted.
Media Recognition: I submitted evidence of being interviewed about my career in product design by a reputable newspaper.

MC (B) - Evidence of Technical Contribution at an AI-Powered Logistics Company
I described my role as the Founding Product Designer at the AI-powered logistics company.
I included screenshots showcasing my impact and achievements within the company.
I provided evidence of the product design process on Figma and Slack team communications.

MC (C) - Proof of High Earnings
I submitted three months’ worth of pay slips demonstrating a high salary and compared this to the average earnings of product designers in Nigeria.

MC (D) - Reference Letter from the AI-Powered Company’s CTO
To support my claim of significant technical contribution, I included a reference letter from the company’s CTO.

Optional Criteria 2: Recognized Contributions Beyond My Immediate Occupation

OC2 (A) - Contribution to Nigeria’s Tech Industry Beyond My Day-to-Day Work
I was invited to speak about tech and my product design career on two television stations and one radio station.
I provided screenshots and recordings of these speaking engagements.

I provided screenshots, links to these articles, and readership metrics.
