bro u cnt upgrade ur ram.. Bt u can expand ur ram... I use a 32gb mcard and i expanded my ram to 2.0gb..

Nd how do I know d file to download out of the files.. Which did u download that works for u, cos I dnt wnt to make a mistake nd end up spoiln d phone.

After u hav downgraded successfully. Nw its time 4rooting...
1) go to www.4share.com and search for " z4root ZTE blade" download it
2)open the z4root at the down u would she permanent root click on it,it would take 10min or 15min the u can put out ur ba3 and reboot ur fone
3) u would notice a new app installed "superuser" if u c dat app then knw ur gud 2go
4) go to the android market and install root checker.. After installin Open ur root checker .. Wow! U would c rooted succesfuly....

B4 i post on how to install slimbean 4.2.2 pls downgrade and root 1st...
N/T this is the same steps i took to root mine,take ur time reading this cos i would be held responsible 4a bricked phone

B4 u root u would hav to downgrade.. By Downloading the Stock Rom for
your device:

1. Rename the downloaded
rom to it's proper update
name:
(Please note, the
filenames MUST be all
uppercase except for the
extension, and if file
extensions are hidden, do
not include ".zip" :
myTouch 4G:this is how d file would be named
"PD15IMG.zip"
2. Place the zip file in the root
of your sdcard.
3. Reboot your phone into
bootloader by typing the
following command:
Code:by pressing the down volume key and power key together
4. After your phone has
entered bootloader, press
the power button. It will
then scan for the associated
rom file and ask you to
update by pressing a key.
5. Press the key it requests to
perform the update.
DO NOT INTERRUPT THIS
PROCESS.
Your phone will reboot
once or twice - this is
completely normal.
This process will take
roughly 5-10 minutes so
make sure your phone is
charging
6. Once the process is
finished, it will ask you to
reboot by pressing a key.
Press the associated key
and it will reboot and you would be bck to froyo 2.2.1... Now u can root.
N/T when u downgrade all ur files would be lost.

Ok.. Guyz am here 2help evry1 out.. I hav successfully rooted my htc mytouch 4g, tanks 2 f.k.o i hav installed a custom rom 4.2.2 slimbean... I use a 32gb mcard nd i hav increased my RAM size to 2GB RAM...which means no more "low ram" msg... Xo nw am here 2help evry1 out wit d little i knw.. Xo post ur problem and i promise 2help out... Lets make this thread a place 2find solutions..

My htc touch2 is really pissing me out! I've reset it to factory settings almost 13 times, cleared dalvik shit, browser shit, google play shit, yet whenever I download the essential apps it always says package file urrrrggh! I had to command the download of whatsapp on my now dysfunctional pc.... Whatelse can I do? go to ur settings/application locate ur playstore click in to see details.. At d top u would c force close and uninstall click on force close and clear data... But am sure the probs is from Mtn

it hapind 2me,simple clear data nd force close if it still doesnt work then netwrk is bad try download with anoda netwrk lyk airtel.. That problem only hapins wit mtn
