I got a call from someone in this forum that he want to know how to connect his Techno N3 to his PC and use it as a modem to browse on his PC, i decided to post the steps here because i know it would be of help to many guys
HOW TO SHARE YOUR TECHNO N3 MOBILE DATA CONNECTION WITH YOUR PC
i would post two different ways in which you can do it
how to share your phone data connection as a wifi hotspot
1. Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Tethering & portable hotspot
2. Check Portable Wi-Fi hotspot
3. After a moment, the phone starts broadcasting its Wi-Fi network name
4. Go to portable wi-fi hotspot settings > click on configure wi-fi hotspot
5. under security click open formerly it would be wpa2 psk and if you leave it like that when you try connecting your pc, the connection would demand for password so you change it to open so it wont demand for any password
6. Now on your pc search for wireless connection and you should see your Techno phone as one of the available wireless connection, connect and enjoy your browsing
7. To stop sharing your data connection, uncheck Portable Wi-Fi hotspot

how to share your phone data connection with your pc via usb
1. connect your phone to your computer with a usb cable
2. Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Tethering & portable hotspot.
3. Check USB tethering, your computer is now sharing your device's data connection you can now enjoy your browsing
4. To stop sharing your data connection, uncheck USB tethering or disconnect the USB cable.

Take note: this steps works for other android devices too.

chux76: Does this answer your question??

(for the past two years i used MTN sim to browse free) yes i made this statement i used MTN sim to browse free on phone and pc using cheats that later stoped and due to the amount of money i was spending on databundles i created this thread to find a solution but no one could give me an answer so i researched myself and got the airtel and this current MTN unlimited browsing i am giving out i paid someone good money to teach me once again tanx for your question

Jbrain88: ,,does it mean we can neva see laptop at dat price in aliexpress?

you would see laptops at that price but it only those unbranded android mini laptops with 4gb hard disk that you would get for that price at Alix if you need genuine and quality products pay good money the seller have no single feed back sef haba

chux76: ...and I bet this claim "I created this thread to find a solution from guys here but couldn't get it then i went into research and found some solution" is over a year since you claimed to have been using the Unlimited for about a year..Lol...Giddy up..Lol

Can you quote were i posted that i have been using the MTN unlimited browsing for a year, i like this type of questions

@op wonderful ideas

Ya 4shared is also good for uploading files but what i hate about them is anybody that wants to download any of your file would have to open an acount with them first before he is granted access to the download and another thing i hate is the count down timer if you are not using a pc or some smart phones to download the count down timer would not read because it suppose to read down to 0 before you can download the file and if you using a java phone am sorry you cannot download from 4shared because the count down timer would remain static. Mediafire to me is ok because no matter the gadget you use you can download from there and no need to create an acount before you get access to files

Manweysabi: ^^check your mail, bro. Just beep me and i'll call u.

i just found your email in my spam folder expect my reply

some people asked me about the speed of the MTN unlimited browsing, in my area it is fast but i dont live in your area so this is the best thing you should do, get an MTN sim migrate to mtn pulse by dialing *406#, now load #100 recharge card you would be given 10mb free or if that not enough dial *406*1# if you are on mtn pulse when you load the #100 recharge card so you would be given 10mb free and when you dial *406*1# #5 would be deducted from your account and you would be given 5mb so that is #15mb all together. Now cnnect your sim card to your pc using your modem and browse any website like nairaland or any website you like and see how fast it is, if the browsing is fast to your taste then you can move ahead to contact me to get the settings for the unlimited browsing by sending your request to my email maxibrainz55@gmail.com. I hope this helps

tanx it now opening after clearing the cookies

I must say your ebook was very informative i learnt some new things from it but now i don't know why fiverr is no longer opening on my browser, i use firefox on my laptop, if i try opening it, it would just open a blank page. You got any solution. Thanks
