Please I need advice

I have 800k and have started a 2bedroom which has reach window level. I need advice because I don’t want to waist this money....

I still live in face me I face you house. I’m thinking of going to rent a room and parlors self contain but I really need source of income but ekiti is too local. So am thinking of spending 300k on the house and use the remaining to start a business or go ahead to rent an apartment because I have wife and little boy of 2years old and a room is not convenient for us anymore. The area is not also favorable for kid.


I don’t know what to do please advice me
