Please who has travelled to UK recently and what covid test kit did they purchase pre arrival ?
I need a cheap covid test kit for my day 2 and day 8. And also what the cheapest day5 test to release kit ?

Success2011:
The fellow that got a refusal probably did because it was a visitor visa. ECO refuse visit visas for the most flimsiest reason. I don’t see a visa refusal for a study or dependent visa because of a discrepancy in addresses! Addresses are bound to change!

ewee! Just seeing something in this line for the first time on this platform. I just submitted my visa application and I have not updated my address in my bank. So now I have two different addresses . Now I’m confused on what to do.

@justwise and other gurus, please should I be worried? It’s a dependent visa and my hubby is there already. I have don biometrics too.

I have seen people on this forum get their visas from the UAE even after using their Nigerian bank accounts, I think the best bet is, when filling the form there is a section where people who aren't resident in their home country will fill in all that's required, after that is done it's only logical for them to know the address in your home bank account statement can't be the same as the country where you are resident. My two cents

Does any one know the current exchange rate used by the British embassy ? I'm trying to apply for my wife so I want to be sure of the exact amount so I don't present a lower amount for the statement of account. Thank you.
