I did say you would have to run it. I didn't say they couldn't be bought without going wrong. My point is chances of an issue are higher.

So I assume you're so confident in your engine picking abilities you offer a warranty like Gazzuzz? Because even there where they run and test engines before sale, we have received bad ones.

I will never be able to sleep as well at night with a bought one versus one that I know what was done to it. It's the engine replacements that used to keep me up at night.

If any kamaru for naija loose engine and couple am back, if the car pass my side, the sound of the car go relate the condition; no matter the calmness...

Not always true. I mentioned earlier that with the equipment we have, we could fool a seasoned mechanic because the fault would be internal and only discovered when it was installed and then torn down. Happens all the time. Only way to be sure at purchase is to make sure they have tested the engine previously and promise to take it back if it doesn't start.

But one can run an engine on ground...the ears of gods will hear, if something is wrong, couple with physical inspection.

Engines can be bought without going wrong...

Or I'm getting something wrong?

By the way, I have a rebuilt engine still going strong after 8yrs. But it was not done in Nigeria.
