Beware of this company. They sell land without allocation to people and embark on projects without completion.

Guys, forget going to court, that is a waste of time. Where will the papers be served? A business with no address or representative? I will suggest we gather ourselves and involve private mercenaries, and maybe put a bounty on his head, to smoke him out of his rat hole, and then decide what options to take afterwards.

I guess you are lucky. I have an item with order number 101832 paid for, heavily, like you I must say, since 19th December 2016 but yet to be delivered to me even though the order status reads: "Booked to depart the US on next cargo flight on the 22nd of December 2016. Estimated to arrive Lagos sorting center after customs clearance on the 29th of December 2016 and will be available for pickup at your selected pickup center or delivered to your door on or before 04th of January 2017". Nearly two weeks after, no news, no feedback, nada!

Got a call stating there's a $15 base fee on all shipments. That explains the cost.

The points raised about the cost of shipment through shoptomydoor being outrageous is quite true. Relative to other shipping companies, their charges are quite high and it is impossible to tell the actual breakdown in computation the shipping charge.
Currently I have an item with order number 112674 due for shipment with a total chargeable weight of 1.2lb for which I'm being billed $19.79 for shipping (standard) alone, before addition of customs and 'other charges'! I think this is outrageous considering the industrial average is about $4.5/lb. I've tried going through the website to see the computation elements of the shipping charge but to no avail.
I think shoptomydoor needs to be more transparent in the computation of shipping charges so that customers can be fully aware beforehand. Until this is done, your service is quite EXPENSIVE!

So they are a fraud? No good reviews from anyone. Do they have a Nigerian address or representative?
