Justice Ibironke Harrison of the Lagos State High Court has ordered the arrest of Access Bank’s acting Managing Director, Bolaji Agbede and three others for allegedly failing to appear for arraignment.

The judge’s order also affected Balmoral International Limited, DDSS International Company Limited, and Adejare Adegbenro.










Justice Harrison issued the arrest warrant after the Lagos State prosecution counsel, Uthman̈ Rilwan informed the court that he had served the defendants with notice, but they failed to attend the arraignment.

The Lagos State government had filed a four-count charge of conspiracy, stealing, and attempted theft against the defendants.

When the case was called, Rilwan informed the court that the day’s purpose was to arraign the defendants; however, they were absent despite receiving notice of the court date.

The prosecutor stated that on or about September 2, 2013, at Plot 1261, Adeola Hopewell Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, the defendants conspired to commit theft.

He alleged that Adejare, Balmoral, Access Bank, and Agbede stole the property of MOB Integrated Services at Plot 40b, Burdillion Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, by using it as security for a loan without the complainant’s consent and subsequently entered into a consent judgment.

Additionally, they were accused of attempting to steal the property of MOB Integrated Services on May 26, 2019, by offering and granting DDSS International Company Limited a credit facility of N1 billion.

According to the prosecutor, these offences contravened Sections 411, 280, and 21 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State 2011.










Rilwan stated, “My Lord, this matter is for arraignment today, and the defendants have been duly served with a copy of the charge. We request the court to issue a bench warrant for the defendant’s arrest to ensure they attend proceedings on the next court date.”

Consequently, Justice Harrison issued a bench warrant against the second to fifth defendants, Balmoral International Limited, Access Bank, Bolaji Agbede, and DDSS International Company Limited.










The judge directed that the bench warrant be executed against the principal officers and adjourned the case until February 24, 2025, for the arraignment of the defendants.

Justice Olumuyiwa Martins of a Lagos High Court has awarded N75 million damages against Sterling Bank Plc, over a breach of the non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement it had with Comfort Stevens Nigeria Limited, and its Chief Executive Officer, CEO, Dr. John Nwankwo.

The court said N50 million was for damages, while N25 million serves as the cost of the action by the claimants.

The claimants are Comfort Stevens Nigeria Limited and Dr. Nwankwo.

Justice Martins held that the defendant’s conduct in circumventing the Confidentiality Deed dated September 16, 2019, and the Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement dated October 3, 2019, by engaging in the same project it had with the claimants with a third party without the consent and full disclosure to the claimants, is wrongful and unlawful, resulting in a material violation of the agreement’s terms and conditions.

She declared: “The breach of the confidentiality deed dated September 16, 2019, and the non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement dated October 3, 2019, is deemed unlawful and unjustifiable.

“An order of perpetual injunction is granted in favour of the claimants to prevent the defendant, its personnel, and agents from directly or indirectly committing or engaging in any act prohibited by the terms and conditions of the non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement dated October 3, 2019.

“The sum of N50 million is awarded as damages for breach of the non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement dated October 3, 2019, in favour of the claimants.”

“The sum of N25 million is awarded as the costs of this action in favour of the claimants. This is the Judgment of the court.”

The claimants had sought to embark on an N10.5 billion footwear and shoe component technology and automated project in Aba.

The dreaded road monster, Dangote Truck has killed another three people in an accident on Monday, in Ayetoro, Epe area of Lagos, an official has said.

Adebayo Taofiq, the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency (LASTMA) spokesperson said the truck suffered a brake failure and crashed into two vehicles.

The accident led to the death of a tricycle driver and two students from Manpower Technical School.

“The calamity involved a Dangote truck (DCG-TM-028), which experienced a critical brake failure while descending from Ita-Opo,” the statement reads in part.

“The out-of-control vehicle collided with a tricycle (Marwa AGL 442 QC) and a stationary Toyota Camry at the Ayetoro traffic light before veering into the Ayetoro Market Complex in Epe.”

Mr Taofiq said the bodies of the deceased have been transported to the Epe General Hospital mortuary, adding that traffic officers have cleared the wreckage caused by the truck, “to alleviate traffic congestion and safeguard other road users.”

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has disqualified Stanbic IBTC from participating in its most recent Retail Dutch Auction System (rDAS) due to compliance concerns.

The exclusion took effect during the auction held on August 6.

According to the apex bank, Stanbic IBTC was penalized for failing to meet the 3:00 PM submission deadline. Similar penalties were imposed on Wema Bank and First City Monument Bank (FCMB) for the same reason. Additionally, Suntrust Bank and Rand were penalized for submitting bids in an incorrect format.

In a statement released by Omolara Duke, Director of the Financial Markets Department at the CBN, it was noted that the disqualified bids totaled $279 million. The CBN stressed the importance of adhering to submission guidelines, emphasizing that all bids must be submitted between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on auction days. Furthermore, the bids must comply with the approved template to be considered valid.

“The call for bids was in the naira/US dollar (N/US$) currency pair for unmet foreign exchange demand backed by verifiable Forms A and M only,” the statement read. “All bids were password-protected and submitted through the dedicated email address provided by the CBN between 09:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Bids received after 3:00 PM were disqualified. Passwords for the bids were sent after the auction closed. The total bids received were valued at $1,191,071,651.59.”

The statement further disclosed that, after collation, the Committee of Governors of the Central Bank of Nigeria approved a cut-off bid of N1495.00/US$, with total successful bids amounting to $815,362,006.30.

Mr. Eli Hini, the Chief Executive Officer of MTN’s MoMo Payment Service Bank, and Ms. Elsa Muzzolini, the Chief Commercial Officer, have left the company, P.M.EXPRESS Learnt.

Muzzolini announced her resignation directly to MoMo employees on 12 July.

She was said to have taken up a new role as CEO of M-PESA Ethiopia, Safaricom’s mobile money business, effective 15 July 2024 as an update on her LinkedIn profile reflects her new position.

However, it remains unclear whether Hini, who departed in June 2024, has moved on to another role.

Both Hini and Muzzolini joined MoMo PSB in 2022, where they played key roles in driving the fintech’s growth strategies in Nigeria.

Their exits come at a crucial time as MTN Nigeria increases its investment in MoMo PSB to boost its market share in mobile wallets and app adoption, following challenges in its core telecom business.

Phrase Lubega, MTN’s Head of Fintech, has been named as the new CEO, although his appointment is pending approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria, according to a source with direct knowledge of the situation.

MTN has yet to respond to requests for comment.

MoMo PSB has seen significant growth under Hini and Muzzolini’s leadership.

In the first half of 2024, the number of mobile money wallets grew by 55.8%, reaching 5.5 million, up from 3.1 million in the same period in 2023.

Fintech revenue also increased by 11%, driven by higher mobile wallets and the MoMo app adoption.

In comparison, Airtel’s mobile money service, which is slated to go public in 2025, reported a 14.9% increase in its customer base, reaching 39.5 million.

In a strategic move to strengthen MoMo PSB’s operations and position it for further growth, MTN Nigeria on August 5, 2024, paid ₦6.95 billion to acquire Acxani Capital Limited, the minority shareholder of MoMo PSB.

This transaction, detailed in a regulatory filing, gives MTN Nigeria full control of the fintech unit and allows for additional investment.

As part of the deal, MoMo PSB received an extra ₦9.4 billion from MTN Nigeria.

Dear President,
I have finally realized that as a responsible citizen, I must congratulate you on your victory at
the February 2023 presidential election, and urge every other Nigerian to go on their knees
every day in prayer to support you spiritually as you attempt to fix our motherland, Nigeria
and at the same time navigate land mines hidden in the political maze of your esteemed
office.
You, I and everyone in the country know that the problem we have lies on the scale of
injustice. I call it Rotational Injustice colored in tribalistic flavor.

How be it that every tribe represented by one individual comes into power and quickly
surrounds themselves with their own brothers while making laws and promulgations that
favor themselves, and their tribe of people and enrich their friends and family.

Like your predecessor who gave the famous “I am for NO body” speech but made sure his
blood thirsty brothers had a field day massacring and ethnic cleansing portions of the north.
He also made sure he locked and suffered the Independent People of Biafra (IPOB) leader,
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for no just cause.

Sir, you are toeing the same path. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu s supposed to be a free man by now as I
see you to be a peace maker knowing Nigeria will know no peace if you do not do the right
thing. I have seen videos and news of Northern clerics threatening our first lady, your wife;
Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, some calling for division of Nigeria something that

never happened since the history of the nation. Nnamdi Kanu has never done a thing like
that.
Another flavour your predecessor added was the silent treatment and extra lukewarm
attitude he had towards making sure Southeast does not have a functioning seaport.

After the civil war of 1970, the then Military junta decided to cut off the Southeast to ensure it
has no access to the sea and ensure all cargo is handled by Lagos notwithstanding the chaotic
traffic congestion.

Sir, once more, with all due respect you too have maintained the same stance held since
1970. It goes a long way to say that someone or a group of people are afraid of the Igbos and
their progress.

There are about four seaports in the Southeastern Nigeria, which includes Port-Harcourt,
Calabar, Warri, Onne ports, etc. These are state-of-the-art seaports capable of handling tons
of cargo to decongest the rot happening at Apapa and Tin-Can.

We have been brainwashed that the following are the reasons why the seaports in Southeast
Nigeria is not allowed to function:

1. They are not ‘viable’, being ‘River Ports’ Port Harcourt, Calabar, Warri, Burutu,
Koko are described by experts as river ports. That they lack the draught (depth) to
accommodate big vessels thus limiting the types of ships that can call.

2. Niger Delta militancy issues compounded the situation as Security became (and
still is) a big issue for ships and crew.

3. Then, there is the political dimension viz. the lack of political will and cohesion by
South-South/South-Eastern politicians, governors, civil society, leaders, etc.
Surely, if they are determined, come together and join forces by cooperation, they
can do whatever is necessary e.g. lobby. When the governors are assured of Federal
Allocations every month, which they share, and the merry can simply go on?

4. Inadequate infrastructure: Some of the seaports in Southeast Nigeria may not have
adequate infrastructure to handle large vessels and cargo. This can lead to delays
and increased costs, making it difficult for the ports to be competitive.

5. Corruption: Corruption can also be a major factor in the inability of seaports to
function properly. Bribery, kickbacks, and other forms of corruption can result in
delays, inefficiencies, and decreased revenue.

6. Insecurity: In recent years, the Southeast region of Nigeria has experienced
significant security challenges, including armed conflicts, kidnappings, and attacks
on critical infrastructure. This can make it difficult for seaports to operate safely
and efficiently.

7. Competition: There may be intense competition between different seaports in the
region, leading to inefficiencies and reduced profitability. This can discourage
investment and lead to a lack of interest in developing new port facilities.

8. Overall, a combination of factors such as inadequate infrastructure, corruption,
insecurity, and competition can contribute to the inability of seaports in Southeast
Nigeria to function effectively.

Contracts for the dredging of the Eastern ports have been awarded severally by the Federal
Government via the Nigerian Port Authority without results.

Not only does It come down to Leadership failure “from top to bottom” but like I said before,
smack of a primitive animosity for a thriving race of people with the spirit of enterprise.
Where in Nigeria is there no difficulty in simple operations? But life goes on. Why make the
Southeast a perpetual outstanding example of failure?

Ports are in the exclusive list (List of infrastructure that can only be built by FG or with FG
approval).
Ports are usually man-made, are bigger and has many facilities (buildings, wharves, warehouses,
railways, etc.) Ports are used for loading and unloading ships.

Also, when such an infrastructure is built, only the FG or FG-approved bodies that can get
revenue from such infrastructure. So states are not inclined to build them because there is no
money to build and high chance revenue won’t accrue to them if they build.

A huge reason for the revenue part of things is that corporate taxes currently go to.
Is it out of place to make an exception for Ndigbo to build their own seaport under PPP and
take all the risk? Such an understanding can be made at no cost to the Federal government if I
am making sense.
Why is Lagos the only state with a working port facility in Nigeria? A country with over 200
million population. What is this thing people always say that some parts of Nigeria are
landlocked? Someone once wrote… Nigeria is not a landlocked country at all.

We have 36
states in Nigeria. We do have inland waters and sea all over. Look at Nigeria Map. You can see
the Atlantic Ocean stretching from Lagos to Calabar.

Mr. President, with due respect, I and many Ndigbo do not honestly take your government
seriously, and though, this may be justified given the realities of everyday hardship and
rumors of uprising against most of your policies, it does make all of us sad.

I implore you as a matter of urgency to address this and many other pressing issues like the
food, the rise of the dollar, fuel subsidies and power supply.

Your position on most of these issues brews mistrust. This profound distrust in your
government makes Igbo people uniquely unamenable to change.

Your government is about to be labeled the worst in history of Nigeria. Encouraging Igbo
importers all over the world to stop importation will cripple your government for sure, Igbos
do not want that for you. We will not protest against you. Your predecessors are causing your
government more pain so a common man cannot build his own home?

Dangote and his colleagues have taken away food from Ibeto. Don’t you think it is a good idea
to restore competition in cement so that we can afford houses? I leave that for you and your

advisers to do the needful and restore Ibeto 100 percent right as a Nigerian who is equally
capable of solving those needs. Cement prices must crash.

A critical review of your first 100 days is crucial. You have no excuse in saying I am for nobody
left the entire Nation’s savings empty because you showed us your own blueprint. Time is of
the essence, and you must act now to restore the faith of Nigerians and Ndigbo in
your Government.

I write for myself here because I am hanging by a thread and hoping that this “Renewed
Hope” administration works efficiently and hopefully we will survive and get to the end of the
tunnel.

This government must work because you said Take it, grab it, and run with it because it is your
turn. All we are begging for is that it is our turn to survive. Previous administrations have been
harsh, brutal and outrightly wicked.

Sir, we are stuck with you for probably another eight years, I and my fellow Igbos demand to
see a seaport in our lifetime so your name can go down in the history of Ndi Igbo as the leader
who broke the 1970 jinx and single-handedly  changed the norm and opened the door to
development of the southeast.

An Iroko, Sir Mark Onyejiji, Has Gone To Be With The Lord A great son of Itu Agunaeze, Ahiara Ahiazu Mbaise, Sir Mark Chukwunyere Onyejiji has gone to glory.



NAIJA NEWS NG reports that he was a respected retired Police Officer who trained his two brothers and made sure they became successful. Sir Mark Chukwunyere Onyejiji was born in 1931, he died on July 31, 2023, spending 92 successful years on earth.

He served with the British Police’s Peacekeeping Force in Congo. He was the Chairman of a key Igbo societal structure, Ndi Apara ( a group strictly for the first sons of every family.



He was the Chairman of CMO in Itu Agunaeze and Commander General of Knight of St. John . He also served as Chairman of the Parish Council for 12 years.

In giving back to the society, he fixed many of his people in the Nigerian Police Force . This great man was one of the first people to erect a glass house. His younger brother His Royal Highness, Eze Engineer Cosmas Onyejiji did not mince words while eulogizing him. “My elder brother was not a greedy person.

He was someone who wanted light to come into his family and community. He used the money he earned from his service in the Police Force to train me and my other brother. He served his family and people very well.



His time has come and he has gone to rest with the Lord. We pray God accepts his soul and gives his immediate family and the entire Onyejiji family the heart to bear this loss .
We will miss him a lot “.



His sister-in-law also prayed that God accept his gentle soul. She praised his caring and unifying personality.

According to her, Sir Mark as he is fondly called, was a unifier and a father figure. Speaking about his father, Kenneth Chimaoge Onyejiji, said his father loved his wife,Mrs. Thereza Chukwunyere Onyejiji who died 4 years ago, his family members, and everybody he came across, dearly. He said his father lived a fulfilled life, travelled round the world and taught them that the keys to success are education and patience.

He added that Sir Mark also taught them the power of love, unity, forgiveness, and the fear of God. Chief Okechukwu Onyejiji, his second son, appealed to his loved ones not to weep because his father was a man who expressed true love and received love from his people. Sir Mark Onyejiji is survived by his 11 children- two boys and 9 girls .

Right after Dr Ifesinatchi Okechekwu handed me over to Sir Bob Agbonye, an Mbaise Icon, My story continued, he drove downtown LA and he said we are going to make sure you are taken care of and I have only one place in mind. I ended up with a household name in my community-

 In an interview with nairaland, the US based Project NWAFOR Igbo pioneer shared how he felt about the news of the death of the 75 years old matriarch of the Ugwuonye family. “Dr SinaChi Ugwuonye-Okechukwu, a woman with the heart of Gold, is one of the most powerful women I have met in my life.

She is the Founder and CEO of the Sinachi Foundation; the First elected female National President of Enugu USA, and a Global Leader in partnership recruitment of Project NWAFOR Igbo.” He added that “I would have faced greater struggles and challenges in America if the Almighty God did not send people like her across to me. I spent my first Thanksgiving and Christmas in the US with her family and friends in Orange Hills, California… a beautiful suburb and one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Some of Ebemma’s last acts of kindness was hosting the SinaChi Foundation’s annual giveaway to the less fortunate of the wonderful people of Umumba Ndiuno few months ago.

According to Dr Ife SinaChi, the duo of her mother, Mrs. Cecilia Ugwuonye and her mother in-law, Lolo Schola Okechukwu, joined hands in hosting that last event which was a beautiful outing! Speaking on her mother’s death she said, “as we grieve her passing, we remember fondly her contributions to our earthly space. Ebemma, you will be fondly remembered. Journey well onyeoma.”

Amongst those who graced the occasion is Rowland Okorie, Chief Executive Officer of Equity Concepts Entertainment and founder of Project NWAFOR Igbo who flew in from Las Vegas, United States of America to present Project NWAFOR Igbo to his Igbo folks.

Speaking on the event, overjoyous Okorie said; "The convention is a huge success... where would I have been if not Germany with my people?"

The event also had in attendance personalities and dignitaries of Igbo extraction like Hon. The event was a topnotch, and it is said to be one of the biggest African gatherings in Germany as Igbos scattered all over Europe gathered at Essen, Germany for the event. Powerful women leaders like Lady Chika Chime aka Ebony.

However, project NWAFOR Igbo is set to be launched in the city of Las Vegas, United States of America (USA) with new partnership deals coming in from Chief Osuji in Holland who was also another lover of Igbo projects.

According to the convener, the date for Project NWAFOR Igbo launch will be announced  soon, Okorie stated that before the announcements of the date that they want to finalize setting up their Secretariats in Las Vegas (USA), Nigeria and Ghana.

Speaking further on the plans, Okorie stated that the organisers are working on the publicity plans which will involve adverts placement on key Nigerian television stations, radio jingles, social media influencers, including comedians while newspapers will also be engaged.

Okorie said; "We will discuss with the US Embassy for those who need to attend all over the world because they will need visas to attend. We will work it out with the department responsible for that as we still have a lot of time ahead."

"The American standard is what we need in our land. We will utilize American companies to structure our land and organize it just like we would want it to be. We will create millions of jobs across the eastern part of Nigeria."

Sir, how has it been championing the Mbaise course for so long?

Well, we are one big family and we know each other by first names so it has been like a family affair. We look out for our own and try to make sure that our businesses and relationships are on course. Of course once in a while, we do have issues we use our contacts and tradition to rectify and we as well make sure we sell our ideas and get our intentions known especially back home to politicians and decision-makers in Imo State, we get people to know our stand on certain issues that may have serious political trajectories.

What are some of your organization's achievements over the years?

To move forward we must look back from where we are coming. We try to accomplish the much we can and for the past few years, it has been more of a relapse and shock from the lockdown across the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We tried to stay in touch and also send the much we had to support those in need. But notwithstanding we have joint collaborations to look into trade and social integration.

We also have tried in our own way to have a small study center where we have teachers to teach young ones Igbo language and we have traditional retreats for executives as well. Our main aim as an apolitical cultural group is to promote the culture and keep the spirit of brotherhood alive. After all, when we finish we will all still go home, if not this generation then the next.

What is your take on Project NWAFOR Igbo championed by Rowland Okorie?

Project NWAFOR Igbo as far as I'm concerned is a timely creation. It can not come at a better time. I fell in love with it from inception, in fact from the moment I heard the name because it struck a chord in my spirit.

I bless Rowland for the initiative, the creativity, and the zeal he puts into it. The young man has spent so much money and needs assistance.  The project is most welcomed because, from its mission which is to heal and rebuild Alaigbo and infuse investments to make our land more productive, it has come to complement any good governance.

I support this project and will make sure that with all the resources at our disposal, we will make Alaigbo great again.

Having a desire and bringing it to reality are two different things Sir, how will Project NWAFOR Igbo succeed?

You know, I will not tell you how but I will tell you why Project NWAFOR Igbo will succeed. The mere fact that we are in Europe does not mean that we don't think of our home. There's no one here that is happy to be in another man's land. We all desire to go home. But a wise man knows that when there is war it is the innocent that suffers casualty.

We are but a few that left long ago with intentions and desire to come back and rebuild. That rebuilding is what Rowland has started and we must all put hands together and support him in whatever way we can.
I will be calling a separate meeting of Igbo investors to look into any financial needs he may have and at the same time we wish to partner with the project. I will also put a private call to the Governor of Imo State to listen to what Rowland Okorie has to say.

What's your take on the spite of insecurity in Imo State and its toll on investments?

It's quite an ugly and unfortunate development but notwithstanding you can see that the truth is gradually unfolding. It was in the news that a couple of thugs sponsored by Asari Dokubo were caught disguised as unknown gunmen. So it's clear to the blind that Igbos are not violent people. Talk less of seating at home on the instruction of faceless thugs.

We will get to the root of the matter and luckily for us, even Project NWAFOR Igbo has a solution to the insecurity issue.

How do you see leadership in Nigeria?

Well, leadership in Nigeria has always been our problem. Even now we have not gotten it right. The leaders are disconnected from the followers and greed is just the order of the day. We need leaders that are pragmatic, selfless, and honest. We are not there yet.

What's your take on the political positioning of the Igbo people side-by-side claims of marginalization?

Nigeria has never been fair Politically or otherwise to the Igbos since after the war. Everything the Igbos have has been from their sweat and blood, and yes marginalization is real. It's a threat to the very existence of the Igbos. It has even taken a turn for the worse as there is no justice anymore, I mean with hooligans like Asari Dokubo threatening a whole race that he wishes he could continue selling them like his forefathers and brandishing a weapon on nationwide television and the Nigerian police and the state security department cannot touch him.

What then is hate speech? That is another form of marginalization. when one cannot get justice and protection.
It started with economic marginalization. Even the so-called second Niger bridge is not fully functional till now and there is not a single functional port or wharf in the entire South East.

Can I remind you of the  Oseakwa Deep Sea Port which is a strategic economic infrastructure for global trade?
It is a priceless asset for accessing a share of Africa's free trade economy valued at $3.6 trillion. Yet it remains untouched and untapped. That is the marginalization I am talking about.
Nigeria, with a population that is four times greater, has far fewer less efficient international seaports in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri, and Calabar.

For ease of doing business, I suggest that  Anambra must anticipate this emerging economic boom opportunity by attracting world-class engineering, procurement, and construction companies to partner and deliver the Oseakwa Deep Sea Port facilities today. This is what Project NWAFOR Igbo is all about. This is the foresight Rowland has and I am in full support of it.

What is your take on the last 14th Mbaise convention in Las Vegas and the things that happened?

Oh, that was an unfortunate incident that will never repeat itself again. We are wiser now and know that there are people in our midst that don't wish us well..

It is no longer news that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has written to the Senate seeking its support for military intervention against the military junta in the Niger Republic.

Recall that Tinubu, who is the Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), had on Sunday met with some fellow ECOWAS leaders to discuss appropriate ways to restore democracy in Niger after the military overthrew President Mohamed Bazoum.

On the backdrop of all these happenings, Equity Concepts Entertainment boss, Rowland Okorie, has expressed his anger towards ECOWAS led by the Nigerian President, Bola Tinubu the way they are turning their own region into a global crisis.

Okorie, lamented that ECOWAS members knew about the corruption allegations against Tinubu, yet they went ahead and made him the Chairman because they would benefit from his corruption.

The Equity Concepts Entertained boss, expressing his lack of confidence on the African leaders, said; "ECOWAS are not there any more for the purpose which the accord was signed but for their pockets.They knew what they were up to when they handed that leadership position to a man whose legitimacy is under investigation."

"The corrupt Hausa and Yoruba-led government since independence is leading Nigeria to the brink of war and I am in support of the war."

Okorie, However, explained why he said he support war in the Republic of Niger because many people may be wondering why he made such a remark.

He said; "The reason is very simple, not just because of the amount of injustice I have witnessed with our African leaders but as a payback to what our military has done to civilians in our great country. The Nigeria military has failed to arrest Asari Dokubo, who in plain view brandishes guns and calls them criminals."

Parties, political heavyweights, and elected officials have been going to court in recent months to recover their mandate following the 2023 presidential election.

While some are getting justice, others continue to fight the system accusing INEC, Judiciary of aiding corruption.

Following Peter Obi’s petition against Tinubu on 25 per cent (%) of the votes in two-thirds of the states and the FCT at the presidential election, some notable political activist have called on Judiciary to nullify President Bola Tinubu victory and declare the right candidate that secure 25 per cent of the lawful votes in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

Rowland Okorie, a self acclaimed political deal maker of the 21st century , CEO Equity Concepts Entertainments based in the United States of America blamed the inability of the Nigeria electoral commission, INEC, failure to electronically transmit polling units’ results of the election to its Results Viewing Portal while he described it as aiding corruption.

In his words, he said "The United State of America will always be the best country in the world where billionaires, ex presidents and high profile individuals are indicted, persecuted and even arraigned in court."

He made reference to the former president saying "Donald J Trump has been the first. I am calling for the overhaul arrest of anyone involved in trampling Nigerian democracy including INEC chairman. The Nigeria Judicial system cannot be threatened by one man, never in the history of our great country. The Nigerian Judiciary are the best in the world when they are willing to do their jobs. Contrary to what has been reported and shown in videos about the cancellation of the 14th Mbaise 2023 convention, stakeholders and concerned members have disclosed the truth.

Rowland Okorie, the event manager and winner of the Classic Africa Merit Award, who was also present, praised the event as excellent, calling it a well-organized convention that will live on in the memories of those who attended, saying, "High Chief SOS Echendu, Chief Alozie Ezeji Aguwa, and his members will forever be remembered in history as heroes of Mbaise." If the Imo state run in the upcoming election, I believe High Chief SOS Echedu and Chief Alozie Aguwa should be consulted. The biggest of them all was the 2023 convention. Given that all promises were kept, I refer to it as a hybrid of under promise and over deliver."

On what caused the shutdown, he said "It turned out to be a simple quarrel between two women that subsequently escalated to the cops taking the chance to shine and overzealously carry out their duty. America is the best country in the world and treats everyone equally, regardless of race, economic status, or wealth. At first, we believed that by going as far as to call off the event based on an excessive justification other than the reason the police were invited, was disrespectful to an entire race and the local elders."

He also said "The unpleasant picture that appears to be a bad Nollywood script began when a disgruntled black American woman got angry because she couldn't use the hotel elevator. The two women were at each other's throats, cursing and screaming at the top of their lungs, threatening to rain down fire and brimstone. She had poured her rage on a white elderly woman who was at that moment angry at the crowd and everything black around her. The hotel's management phoned the police out of fear after the young woman called the elderly woman many derogatory things. When the police arrived on the scene, they shutdown the place and they did so out of fear without waiting to determine the true nature of the situation. The reason for shutting down was explained. Health hazard and combustible risk because of the crowd was stated."

So in actual fact both the hotel and its hall does not deserve our presence and cannot carry our magnitude. We are hardworking and proud people and when we unwind and gather for an event. We unwind to the fullest and gather in a mammoth crowd. In every 13 there is a Judas. So, both the write up and the video leak was done with wrong reasons and betrayal by one of our own backstabbing brothers whose time will come soon. Igbo enemies use the media as weapons of mass destruction to eliminate us, tarnish our image both home and abroad at every twist and turn ,but we will eventually get it done right.
