IEmmm..! Pls how can I subscribe GLO bis working on andriod fone

The North ruled this country since it's birth till
about only 1999, they didn't do nothing else
apart from kept overthrowing each other and
looting the country dry! Just for this short period
that power left them every individual Northerner
became economist, became accountant, became
analyst, became human right campaigner,
became curroption fighters and I'm asking; if
they had this huge love for the country why is
Nigeria not as beautiful as Dubai and Saudi
Arabia having held power even when our
currency had more value than that of the UK? Ok
at least, why is Kano not like Dubai?
