A Renewable Energy Company based in Lagos with National Coverage is looking to hire a Business Development Officer.

JOB OVERVIEW

Developing and sustaining relationship with clients and stakeholders, identifying target market for products, analyzing customer feedback to know areas for improvement or investment, research the market to know the new trends and price developments in the industries, manage client order and give after sells services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform market and industry research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
2. Recruit new Clients
3. Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients.
4. Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors
5. Manage company and client expectation
6. Identify Products and services that will appeal to client
7. Manage clients account
8. Arrange business meeting and one-on-one conversation with prospective clients
9. Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
10. Provide long beneficial relationship
11. Create and develop content for and manage the Company’s social media platforms and website to grow client base and revenue
12. Grow and achieve sales and Revenue Target
13. Manage the CRM for orders and Sales
14. Participate in industry fora and conferences as a representative of the organization.
15. Determine and actualize cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

1) Degree in Engineering Preferably Electrical.
2) Should have 2years experience in Technical sales or possess the basic ability in Business Development and the ability to learn fast on the Job
3) The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed
4) Understanding the, and/or experience in the Electrical consumer goods, white goods, Renewable Energy and Real Estate industries will be an added advantage.
5) Should be based in Lagos or ready to relocate to Lagos.
6) Should be a fast Learner
7) Should be resilient and business minded
