[keep on ranting.....quote author=JuicyEarth post=132525966]
There are Civil Servants. They are the worst hit as their day to day pilfering will be affected, which in turns reflect in their feeding at home.
The government are helpless because we don't have a function system wherein the welfare and security of the people is top priority. I once told a political appointee the need for one of the Governor's who we are working for to provide Buses to convey at least civil servants who are the worst hit of these inflations thro and fro work. If this have been in position, no civil servant will have an excuse not to be at his desk during these sit at homes. Take for instance, today the whole city roads is deserted and power holding did a good one for them today - power have been available since morning.
You won't blame a civil servant who does not have a means to come to work why s/he avoided today. You won't blame them for doubting our security agencies, whom themselves are scared of their lives; then who protects who? No matter what the State Governor will do for now, there is a distrust among Easterners towards these governments that can make them heed to their directives.
The influence lies on IPOB, who is virtually in charge of the transport system and markets. By the way, you won't force a private citizen to do his business in your own terms, when his capital is not yours; which majority of Igbos falls into this category. Finally remember, Igbo enweghi Eze and the Governors definitely can't be one for them.[/quote] |

Investment › Re: My Father's Dividend After 11years Of Investing In Transcorp Shares by mbos: 10:41am On Oct 16, 2024 |
Your unbacked and uncontrollable Bitcoin future is a scam as well.. they have not rounded enough fund the make it happen 1x2x3: Let's assume in 2009, someone purchased 2,000,000 shares at the rate of N2. This will be a total of N4M invested.
In 2024 which is 15 years later, the shares is currently at N11. 2,000,000 share = N22M + those petty dividends they paid.
Looks like a good investment.
Let's look at what who held dollar would have made just by putting N4M into dollars in 2009 when dollar was $150.
4,000,00 ÷ 150 = $26,666
In 2024, $1 = 1650
$26,666 x 1650 = N43, 998,900 (that's roughly twice the amount from shares in that company)
What about who gambled on BTC?
In 2009 bitcoin was $0.10
Just $1,000 would have given you 10,000BTC
In 2024, 10,000BTC = $672,344,400.
Only if we can see the future |

crypto is a scam as well for the future...MMM thesicilian: He didn't buy much shares to begin with, considering the price then in 2013 was just N1.65 per share (from a quick Google search) resulting in a total of N1732.5 for his 1050 shares. That seemed like a trial purchase rather than a solid investment for the future. If he had put that money into crypto then I'm sure the return on investment would be in millions by now. |

Making money is no longer about hard work but brain work.
Those who are rich are making use of their brain with less energy while those who are poor are making use of much energy with less brain input.
Those who have been lurking around the forum looking for who to just tell shut up, reality would soon dawn on una. No food for lazy ass men who want to be be blaming government for all their lives woes.
