The delivery pattern: Over a period of three years students will be required to visit the university on three occasions in total. 5 weeks from Monday 13th October 2014 to Friday 14th November 2014; note that the latest arrival time on campus is Sunday 12th October. The next 5 weeks period is Feb/March 2016 and a final week in 2017 for assessment of the project dissertation. During each five week period they will receive Industrial Awareness & Intensive Teaching; 60 credits of taught modules. The rest of the course is online with local tutorial support and online support from Teesside University staff as and when required.. Coursework and assignments and virtually all of their MSc project work will be completed in Nigeria. Where there is formal examination as part of the assessment, this will take place at the British Council office in Lagos. Supervision of their MSc projects would involve an academic supervisor from the university and (to be explored) a second supervisor based in Nigeria who will be suitably qualified and trained at Teesside University.
