johhbekeboh09:All states actually does have Tenancy laws and also there's the Federal Government Tenancy/Tenement Acts that is applicable in states with no enacted state tenancy laws... Most Nigerians doesn't know about the existence of these Tenancy Laws to start with in various states... Kudos to Lagos State Government for sensitisations honestly... Human trafficking has been an age old tradition even before slave trade began...The government needs to increase the penalties of those running the human trafficking rings as a deterrence to others.. Whatever laws being erected for a good purpose; the Nigerian police will always find an avenue to twist it for their greedy interests via extortions.. Now if this old idiotic policeman is now sanctioned and dismissed; he will be crying crocodile tears how the government and the judgement is unfair and how he'd got family to feed and bla bla bla.....
