Please guys, I registered for the National Youth Investment Fund from the Stable of the Ministry of Youth and Sport.
Recently I got a message that I have been chosen to undergo the training. But since then, I have been having difficulty accessing their website.
What could be the reason for this?
Is there anyone going through same ordeal?

My dear, think very well before you go there to disgrace yourself. English is as confused as our country.
I saw someone up there saying that /h/ is a vowel only when it stands alone and he claimed to be professional in his explanation-hmmmmm.
While reading through my textbook today on places of articulation, I came across the glottal sound /h/. Glottal sounds are vowel sounds but function as consonant. Why? Because when pronouncing, there is no clear cut obstruction of air as in the case of other consonant sounds.

Nigeria judiciary is a joke. A court grants an order to detain him and here is another court of coordinates jurisdiction asking for why he was detained.

getting it wrong. its nt why he was detained but why he shud nt be released unconditionally
