https://tiwasblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/gang1.png The Nkwerre Vigilante Network this week arrested a six-man gang specialized in the sale of human parts for rituals and transplant in Nkwerre, Imo State. The men confessed to kidnapping their victims at various locations in the state and using their parts for ritual purposes. Some parts they sold to people who needed them for transplant. Yeah, there are human beings like this amongst us. The men, who are mostly bricklayers, confessed that they sell the parts from N500k to N1million, depending on the parts in demand. Two of the ritual killers were found to be pastors. The men took the vigilante network members and some policemen to their hideout which is a forest in Umugara Village in Nkwerre. There, police found the decomposing corpses of some of their victims, mostly women and children. https://tiwasblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/gang2.png View Viewers Discretion Photos Here: http://ekpedemealbert..com/2013/12/photos-6-man-gang-arrested-for-ritual.html |

Professor Iyayi: Murdered Or Died In An Accident? ASUU,Soyinka And Major Stakeholders Demand Autopsy As Mortuary Photos Are Released SOURCE: http://ekpedemealbert..com/ https://lh3.ggpht.com/-N5OkTghkQT4/Up5GVKoQuZI/AAAAAAAABOk/6IKVENbEG_0/s320/Capture17.jpg Two Holes discovered on the body of Proffessor Festus Iyayi’s Body has given life to the suspicions by his fellow colleagues that he may have been shot to death and not killed in an accident as widely reported. Iyayi was travelling to Kano in the company of three other ASUU members for a meeting on the ongoing strike by members of the union when a police escort van in the convoy of the Governor Idris Wada of Kogi State rammed into the bus the university teachers were travelling. Iyayi died instantly, while three his colleagues were seriously injured. One Week after the accident ASUU dismissed the view that Iyayi’s death was accidental and forcefully contested the official claim that his heart was pierced by a strange object at the accident scene. The association pointedly blamed the death on the government and “its agents”. In a statement issued by the University of Benin chapter of the union, ASUU said Iyayi did not die in an accident, but was “wilfully” murdered. The union said it will demand concrete answers from the government for the alleged murder. It demanded that an autopsy be performed on Iyayi’s corpse and warned government officials to stay away from the burial. Civil society groups in Edo State also demanded an inquiry into Iyayi’s death. Photographs below of Iyayi’s corpse obtained show holes that look like entry and exit bullet holes. The Joint Action Front, JAF, a coalition of labour organisations, has also accused the government of masterminding Iyayi’s murder. A statement signed by its president, Comrade Abiodun Aremu, said the circumstances of Iyayi’s death are questionable. They argued that there was nothing at the accident scene that could have drilled holes in Iyayi’s body. When told the coroner’s inquest did not support his claims, Akhaine retorted: “The coroner’s report is not the result of an autopsy. Until an autopsy is done, you cannot say anything to the contrary.” But how closely do the holes on Iyayi’s body resemble those made by bullets, especially given that the one on the chest looks big? A retired army colonel told Reporters that the holes have a high degree of consistency with those made by bullets. “There is a 70 per cent probability that the man was murdered and 30 per cent that it was an accident,” he said. If it was an accident, he argued, the impact would have caused a squeeze, not neatly drilled holes. He explained that a close- range shot from a pistol would cause the bullet to enter an object, as it allegedly did Iyayi, and exit through the back. “The big hole in the chest shows that it was a pistol. This is because the wound a pistol creates is bigger at the entrance and smaller at the exit. But if it was a Kalashnikov (AK47), it would be smaller at the entrance and bigger at the exit,” he further explained. The retired officer added that AK47 bullets gather momentum as they hit target, unlike pistol bullets, which create bigger impact at the point of entry. “There is the possibility of shooting in the confusion of the accident or that the accident could have been contrived to cover up shots,” the retired colonel said. But did any of the survivors hear a shot before or after the crash? Not exactly, but they are not ruling out the possibility that a gun may have gone off on account of the impact created by the collision. This is because in all likelihood, the vehicle responsible for the accident had heavily armed passengers. “I heard the two vehicles collide. But given that it was a police vehicle, it is possible that, as we usually notice, cops in the escort vehicles of governors are always armed. So, anything could have happened on impact,” reasoned Anthony Monye-Emima, Chairman, University of Benin ASUU branch. If that was what happened, could Iyayi’s death be described as anything but accidental? Obviously not. Lawyer and former university teacher, Professor Itse Sagay, urged caution. Sagay, who was sacked alongside Iyayi from the University of Benin by the military regime of General Ibrahim Babangida in 1987, said: “Nobody can pinpoint exactly what was responsible for the injury (the hole in the chest), which I believe killed him. There was no piece of iron or sharp- edged object found that could have done it. I believe the only solution to the problem is to have a very thorough autopsy to determine the cause of death and from there, one can then begin to build on what possibly could be responsible for his death.” Sagay added that since there is no doubt that Iyayi’s death was caused by somebody in Governor Wada’s convoy, a case of murder or at the minimum, manslaughter, could be established.Iyayi’s death. Prof. Wole Soyinka insisted that Iyayi must not be buried without a coroner’s inquest. He said: The world is watching. With the mortuary photos of the late Festus Iyayi just published, the world is waiting and watching if the corpse shown in that image will be interred without a coroner’s inquest. To allow this to happen is to make all of us accessories to a possible crime. It means we are now attuned to the culture of impunity and forfeited all claims to elementary ctiizen security. Tributes ring hollow if doubts are silenced. “Beyond all doubt” is a protective armour for each one of us, no matter where and how. So let the nation be placed in knowledge Beyond All Doubt over the circumstances of Festus Iyayi’s death. That is the minimum any self- respecting society must demand, not merely as a collective shield, but in the service of Truth, and for all posterity. We remain haunted by the far too frequent, unexplained decimation in the ranks of the committed. SOURCE: http://ekpedemealbert..com/ |
It’s news all over national blogs that the barely one year old marriage of controversial Nollywood actress, Uche Iwuji and her husband has crashed. What is news however is the revelation of what caused the marriage break-up. Reports have emerged that her unclad photo that went viral had a huge role to play in the collapse of the once happy marriage between Iwuji and her international businessman husband, Mr. Juwon Lawal. Mr Lawal was said to have learnt that his wife, Uche, was having a secret affair with a top banker and he also discovered some BBM messages exchanged between her and her lover boy senior banker. Sadly, some of the BBM chats included unclad pictures of the actress, which she allegedly sent to her randy and married lover boy leaked. A close source who doesn’t want her name mentioned, confirmed the marriage crash, claiming that Uche Iwuji had always been unlucky with men, probably due to her way of life. It would be recalled that Uche had earlier denied that her marriage to Mr Lawal had crashed. https://informationng.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/1488188_.jpg CHECK OUT TODAY'S ENTERTAINMENT GISTS AT: www.ekpedemealbert..com |
https://lh5.ggpht.com/-1BjwUc7qfyI/Upt9dS2YWHI/AAAAAAAABH8/aAYqjmxoaaY/s320/Peter-and-Lola_3.jpg Peter Okoye of P’Square and Lola Omotayo’s love story is compelling and amazing. The couple have been in a relationship for over eight years before they finally tied the knot on Sunday, November 17, 2013. There has been a lot of talk and whispers about their marriage, the family issues and the fact that Lola is by far older than Peter Okoye has been trending. But why did she decide to marry someone who’s her junior? Below is Lola Omotayo’s stand on their age difference… Lola, who was a Business Development Director at FKG2m a marketing agency in Lagos, had told the story of how she and Peter met and how the relationship started: “My agency handles some of British American Tobacco brands and P’Square was doing a show for us at one of our events in Enugu. Though I had met Peter a couple of times before then, at the show there was some chemistry. He asked for my number and I refused giving it to him. I told him ‘if you really want to know me, you have to find my number’. So he took it as a task and found my number and the rest is history.” Lola, said to be in her 30s then and Peter in his 20s, was not disturbed by the age difference. Her reason: “Like I said, Peter is an old soul and he always tells me that I’m like a 23-year-old. Age is just a number. Right now, you can see it around the world. Demi Moore, Usher and some known people. Even in Nigeria here, they are dating people far older than their age. So, we shouldn’t base it on the age factor. He doesn’t make me feel like he’s younger than me.” Hmmmn, is age really just a number in marriage, especially in Nigeria? But what baffles most people is the fact that after all these years, this is his first time of stepping foot in a country he claims to love so much. In a one on one radio chat with Toolz on Beat FM yesterday, Wale explained the reason why he’s never been to Nigeria until now was because his parents, who are both from Ondo state, were so poor they couldn’t afford a bring him home. “I grew up poor. We lived in DC, in the projects. Getting a ticket to Nigeria on $20, 000 income yearly, to my family that wasn’t really… you know…like I was a 15 year old with a decent job, I’m not going to save up to go to Nigeria. That wasn’t what I was thinking when I was that age. And then I was in college and the money tight right then. And then I get this record deal when I dropped out of school, you’re running around so much you don’t even have time to see your own parents” SOURCE: http://ekpedemealbert..com/2013/11/mmg-rapper-wale-tells-why-he-hasnt-been.html CHECK OUT LATEST NAIJA ENTERTANMENT GISTS/NEWS AT; www.ekpedemealbert..com |

It was obvious that the self-styled Egberi Papa 1 had not quite recovered from the impact of his breakup with a controversial actress that he dated a few years ago. Although it is common knowledge that Timaya broke up with the actress in 2009, he confessed that the relationship had robbed off on him badly and wished he could be rid of the attendant negative aura. “You should not date somebody who already has a negative record. In my own case, it affected me at that time. I feel that a relationship should be between two people and not exposed to the rest of the world. Only a smart man is able to keep his relationship private. “You see, Desmond Elliot and Jimmy Jatt are both married, but you will never see their wives in public. Naturally I’m a private person. The only thing that takes me out of my shell is my music, which is what I do for a living. It seems that the only thing people know about me is that ugly episode. So I don’t like to talk about it,” he says, adding that he has learnt a lesson from the experience. However, the singer is currently involved in what he describes as a healthy relationship and he has since moved on with his life. Apart from that single dark spot in his life, Timaya seems to have been on top of his game since his fortunes shot up about a decade ago. During that period, he earned a fat bank account, recorded six successful albums and scored several chart busting hits. The seventh album is currently in the works. In spite of his achievements, the artiste, who considers his maiden album to be the turning point in his career, nurses a secret desire. “I wish I had the power to heal people. I am always inspired whenever I see men of God likeBishop David Oyedepo preaching and teaching people. They practise the same teachings and become millionaires overnight. I wish I can do that with my music. I would love to be a pastor. I really want to be one,” he says. “A lot of people think I love the female backside a lot and that is why I sing about it all the time. But then, people will always complain, no matter what you do. When I was still singing conscious music they complained that my songs were always full of bile and loathing. The truth is that I sing about the way I feel at any point,” he says. Describing himself as ‘privileged’ to be considered relevant in the competitive Nigerian music industry , Timaya says he has reached the point where there should be a change in his career and focus. To prove that he is serious about this, he has shed his dreadlocks and started experimenting on a new music style with his last album. The album is titled ‘Upgrade’ and it was released in 2012. Although many fans think the album is riddled with lewd songs, such as ‘Ukwu’ and ‘Shake your bum’, the singer expresses a different opinion. Interestingly Timaya is currently writing his memoir, which will be out in 2014. Regarding his decision to write the book, he says, “I am at the point where I feel that people can read and be inspired by my story rather than me singing songs.” When probed further about the content of the book, he lets out a teaser, “I have also told the story of a ex-girlfriend of mine who always wanted to have s*x whenever she was in the mood for it.” Although the singer enjoys being a father, marriage is not in his plans yet. “I am not considering marriage for now. But it is something I must do. Before now, I wanted a child and God gave me one. I don’t want to have children from different women. My father had 15 children and I am the last child. I don’t want to live like that. The truth is, I’am not ready to get married now,” he says. Unlike most other successful artistes, Timaya is not the type to show off his wealth or material acquisitions especially on the social media. “I don’t show off on social media because It is not just my thing. I bought a Bentley two years ago and everyone started buying theirs. I m not even sure some people know I own one. I bought my G- Wagon two years ago. Some people will buy a shoe and put it out there for everyone to see. I simply don’t fancy that. Music has made me rich and it gave me the opportunity to travel out of the country,” he says SOURCE: http://ekpedemealbert..com/2013/11/i-would-love-to-be-pastor-like-bishop.html?m=1

A Nigeria transgender had decided to share his story and appeal to people to stop stigmatizing people like him. The man, now simply identified as Miss Sahhara has claimed that he was abused and jailed in Nigeria for being a transgender. In an article she shared yesterday to mark the Transgender Day of Remembrance, she talked about how depressed she felt and how she even attempted suicide. Hear her, and see more photos below: “I am standing in front of the mirror looking at my reflection. Tears of joy trickle down my rouged cheek before going on stage. I am in tears because I just can’t believe how realistic my dreams have become. I am a woman! Living my life freely. Accepted and respected for my achievements as a model and a performer. My fellow transgendered sisters and brothers paved this way for me. They fought for acceptance, understanding and respect. Some died while fighting for what they believed in and others fell before their time due to hate, rejection and society’s unfairness. Every single story gave me strength to fight on and never to give up. I wish I could tell the younger me who tried to commit suicide twice that life gets better and dreams come true. I did not imagine life could be this amazing many years ago after being released from a horrid Nigerian prison for being different. Then all I could think was I could die in this prison and no one will know or care. Being imprisoned felt justifiable, considering I was being punished for being ‘gay’ – something they assumed due to my feminine features and mannerisms. I wasn’t gay, I am a woman born differently due to natural defects. What I felt did not match my outward appearance, Being assigned male at birth doesn’t make me a man or a woman, nobody was born a man or a women, you develop into your preferred gender as you grow up. For me that gender was female. I was born male but my brain, gestures, features and carriage functioned as female. Growing up and not knowing what was happening to my body made me confused and lost. I couldn’t discuss it with my family because my femininity was frowned on due to religion and I could not talk to my friends because they would not understand what I was going through. I found solace in music and dreams. I dreamt of being free to be myself, free of insults, free of judgment and free from harassment. That freedom came when I moved to the United Kingdom, finding girls like me gave me hope of not being alone in my journey of self- discovery. I found out what I went through growing up in Nigeria was quite common with transgendered people. Having freedom, acceptance and knowledge are the key most important elements to a successful transition. Knowing I am not alone in my struggles helped me to reevaluate my views on life and how I should go about my transition wisely. I researched my transition and reconciled the conflicting emotions involved in the process of accepting myself as the woman I am. It is a lonely world during transition, as your body changes so do your emotions, which leads the mind into the darkest path in life. If the chemicals are not professionally controlled, you can feel suicidal due to rejection from loved ones and society. In life perfection doesn’t existent, but for me having the freedom to be my true self feels almost perfect. As a black transgendered woman I am faced with many daily challenges such as transphobia, a complicated love life, poor career prospects and racism. But when I remember my life history, these challenges become water under the bridge. That is why I will always remember those who built this foundation for freedom and knowledge. Also those who never got the chance to enjoy the acceptance we have achieved so far. Transgender Day of Remembrance today (20 November) is particularly import to me because I have lost close friends to suicide and have seen many more wishing to commit suicide as a final fix to their gender dilemma and rejection by society. The media is silent on the subject of transphobia and the effects it has on young transgendered people of today, because they don’t see transgendered people as ‘normal’ members of our community. Remembering my fallen friends helps me to keep their memories alive. It also encourages me to carry on the fight to be respected, understood and accepted for whom I am. I dream of a world where we are given some sort of understanding and tolerance to live peacefully as able, intelligent fellow human beings who make positive contributions to society. Transgendered people are human too. We are your brothers, your sisters, your children, your friends and your lovers. Stop the hate! ” CHECK OUT PHOTOS HERE: http://ekpedemealbert..com/2013/11/photos-check-out-photos-of-nigerian-man.html?m=1 |
INCASE YOU MISSED THE WEDDDING CHECK THIS OUT So these were some of the major activities that happened at Peter Okoye’s traditional weddingwhich held on Sunday. Yesterday you saw the video of Peter Okoye and Kaffy’s personally dance at the wedding. Well, Peter Okoye didn’t initially plan to dance, it was the MC Gbenga Adeyinka who coerced him into doing so by paying him N10,000. According to report, when asked how much he was paid for his first show, Peter answered Gbenga Adeyinka that he was paid N7, 500. The comedian offered to pay Peter N10,000 for him to dance, an offer Peter gladly obliged. After doing a few moves, the rest of the crew (without Paul) joined Peter on stage and danced to their hit song ‘Personally’. Also, Susan Peters was the ‘famzer’ of the day. If there was any celebrity that took the most photos at the event, it was probably Susan Peters. The actress was seen going round smiling, hugging and making every effort to take a photo with as many celebrities in the hall as she could. She (and Toke Makinwa) practically supplied bloggers with many of the photos on their Instagram pages. Moving on to the guests, Aliko Dangote and Folorunsho Alakija, the richest man and woman in Africa also showed up at the wedding. While Alakija had arrived at the beginning of the occasion and left about an hour later for another event on the mainland, Dangote arrived just a few minutes past 9PM when many of the top dignitaries had left. Abike Dabiri-Erewa was also there to honour the couple. You see, despite the presence of security personals both from private security firms and men of the police force and armed forces ‘area boys’ made their presence known as they rushed to the car of well-known celebrities and hailed them. Funke Akindele and Don Jazzy attracted the most attention. On his part, Don jazzy threw some crispy naira notes at the area boys which almost led to a stampede as they scrambled for the cash. Guests and journalists without their invitation cards were bounced and one of those affected was Soni Irabor. Well, ace broadcaster Sonny Irabor was almost refused entry into the venue. Irabor was dropped off at the entrance of the venue by his driver who then drove off to park. As he made to enter, the stern looking security guards who obviously did not recognize him refused him entry because he was without his invitation card. It took about 20 minutes for Irabor’s driver to return with the invitation card. And then twin brother Paul decided to sing a special wedding song dedicated to his brother and his new wife Lola. Paul invited a few members of their band who obviously were familiar with the tune, for the special acapella rendition of the song. After the song, Paul hugged Peter and said, ‘I’m very proud of you my brother, congratulations.’ In conclusion, the performances were nothing short of exciting. Although there were many music celebrities who attended the event, only a few got to mount the stage to serenade the couple. Some of them were Flavour, KCEE, Iyanya, Banky W, Tiwa Savage, J Martins, Phyno, M.I, Lynxxx, Ice Prince and Naeto C. https://lh3.ggpht.com/-TqwxJSjMW1s/Uo2dhkBjhAI/AAAAAAAAAgg/nX1A9H_crNg/s640/Peter-Okoye-weds-Lola-Omotayo-Peter-Okoye-dances-copy.jpg https://lh5.ggpht.com/-IoxLV8nEDeo/Uo2di0lU_4I/AAAAAAAAAgo/C3GrDHviYFs/s640/Peter-Okoye-and-Lola-Omotayos-wedding-on-Sunday-November-17-2013-at-the-Ark-Event-Centre-Lekki-92-400x600.jpg https://lh5.ggpht.com/-zyE5Km80C6Q/Uo2dkDvXARI/AAAAAAAAAgw/nZSOFrhheFQ/s640/Peter-Okoye-weds-Lola-Omotayo-Paul-Okoye-with-fiancee-Anita-and-the-couple-copy.jpg SOURCE: www.ekpedemealbert..com |

As reported previously, D’Banj, the Koko Master, spent his previous week in South Africa working hard. Unfortunately, without a private jet, he had no chance to come to P-Square Peter Okoye’s wedding in time, and missed the event. The truth is, D’Banj was mastering another way of transportation, as we can see from the fresh behind-the-scene photos leaked from shooting of his new music video in Cape Town. A woman had been sleeping next to her dead husband’s decomposed corpse for one year until authorities made the grizzly discovery this week. Apparently, 79-year-old “Marcel H.” from Liege, Belgium, died back in November 2012 of an asthma attack, according to Carters News Agency. His wife was so upset that she failed to report the death and continued to sleep with the body until Belgian authorities made the bizarre finding on Tuesday, Nov. 19. They were led to the apartment because the landlord claimed the couple hadn’t paid their rent since last year. Neighbors never reported a bad smell. The body had mummified. Expert’s Opinion: “A body can mummify in a dry, warm environment,” Philippe Boxho, pathologist at the Forensic Center of Liege told Carters. “It takes at least a week to reach such a state. In this case the body had rotten [sic] in the bed [and] his internal organs had melted and liquefied. … Even though the smell of human decay is quite specific, many people equate that smell to the smell of garbage and once the body has become rotten the smell does decrease significantly.” !!WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGES BELOW. The design for the 1st of a series of new stadiums built for Qatar’s 2022 world cup hosted tournament has been released…and urm, it looks like a v**ina. (Pictured above) Hehe. This is actually a virtual rendering of the fully air conditioned 40,000- capacity Al-Wakrah stadium which will be completed by 2018. The architects are a little embarrassed that their design looks kinda like a v**ina. They said the multi-billion dollar stadium is designed to resemble the sails of a dhow boat which is traditionally used for pearl fishing by Qataris…and not a v**ina!
