The demand for spring onion is very low as they are mostly consumed by expatriates It can also be affected by scarcity or availability of the onion itself owing to the fact that some people especially in Kano here can dry the onion stalks or use it as the stalks as anyone can to spring onion I plant them but towards August or September

Wonders shall never end Recognizing him as THISDAY Man of the Year underscores the significant impact of bad leadership in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. Same man whose policy raises concern and debates is crowned THISDAY Man of the Year
Unbelievable, when MNK was busy discrediting the Media team in Nigeria, I chose to see it from a loopsided view of baseless banter and attacks But now I know more It's a pity we sunk this deep
MWhen writing the email copy your bank and see them taking action. I have done it before and it work.
BREAKING INFORMATION:
In case you mistakenly transferred Money to the wrong account and the owner blocked you? or you are duped thru your bank account? and then later realized that you have been scammed or a mistake on your part? And the receiving bank is not cooperating?
HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR MONEY AFTER YOUR WRONG TRANSFER
Please read carefully and learn.
Many people don't always know what to do, so today am sharing with you things you do when you realize a page you paid for a service or goods is ghosting you:
1. Write out the Full name and account number of the page or person.
2. Go to the last notification your bank sent you after you made the payment (via mobile app or text) and copy out the "TRANSACTION ID NUMBER".
3. Go to any branch of the scam artist's bank (the bank you transferred to), and ask to see the CUSTOMER SERVICE in charge of FRAUD.
While you are there, send an email to SCAMMER'S BANK or the d bank u wrongly paid to and copy CBN FRAUD DESK (anticorruptionunit@cbn.gov.ng) n also cpd@cbn.gov.ng & contactcbn@cbn.gov.ng, this will ginger the bank to take it up fast.
What should you expect from this? The culprit/suspect's account will be PLACED ON HOLD. His BVN will be blocked permanently. No account will ever be opened nor will he be able to transact banking business in that name until he clears himself with the bank.
Meaning he/she cannot transfer or withdraw until they visit the bank, and when they do, the bank will contact the police, and the suspect when proven guilty will sign a waiver allowing the bank to refund your money.
dalitigator: You don't seem to have a problem. But let me ask. Did your uncle receive any call from a stranger and sent an OTP to that number? If yes, sorry is your name.
You can only go through the police route.
But if your uncle didn't do anything but just started recieving debit alerts, then his banks have questions to answer.
This is a case of an unauthorised debits of the funds he kept with his bank, which by banking laws and practices, has become the bank's money. And, consequently, the bank has a duty to answer the question " who took my money"?
So what do you do?
Let him visit his banks and make a formal complaint of unauthorized debits. The banks have questions to answer. If they refuse to answer or try to shift the blame to him, let him get a good lawyer and write to the bank.
If they refuse to furnish satisfactory answers, sue them, let them answer the questions and provide answers in court. Mind you, if your Uncle was complacent by sending an OTP, the bank will know.
Another angle is the possibility that his email account linked to his bank sccount was hacked.
Hence I have always advised that everyone should have a 2FA authentication system on any phone number or email linked to their BVN or bank accounts. It's very key. Extremely important.
Lastly, is the possibility that the same MTN number was issued to two separate persons. Especially if one had abandoned the line for a while and then did welcome back with his/her accurate details.
I had this issue with my Glo line at some point. And this was the reason I discontinued the line. How do you trace this?
Let your uncle switch off his line and call the number religiously from multiple numbers. At first it may not connect. But if you keep trying, it might connect with someone answering the call at some point. And this will explain how that other guy got the OTP that was used to access the account.
Lastly and more importantly, talk to a lawyer that is a specialist in bank fraud and digital investigation. He/she knows how to seeks answers from the banks and the telcos.
Your uncle might end up smiling if the investigation checks out. The banks and telcos will have to pay for their sins..
You are allowed to seek further clarification.. shalom.
Yeah, it's true It finally was a friend who was close to a family member that did that shit
But I am happy this is coming from him I believe he has been betrayed by the very system or community he once believed in Maybe just maybe that's why he wants to terminate our own Akpi😂 Uchu gbachi-chekwe-gi nti
LincolnOnyeabor: I served in the North and saw trailer loads of this crop being shipped out.
Does it grow anywhere or mostly up north?? Do you have a Thread I can read up more about it please??
I don't have the funds for this at the moment, but I'm looking to see if there's a way I can plug myself in the value chain of this crop.
Will highly appreciate any help or assistance you can render to me sir.
Funny enough these things can do in anywhere The soil texture in Jos looks almost like what's in most part of the south and there can grow literarily anything on that even strawberries, broccoli on it Most of our Farming in the south are done without pesticides and fertilizers which is why we don't command the type of result our neighbors up north do Non viable agric resource Centers is also a problem because some times to some crops the species of what is planted in one place varies from another which is why you must ask questions from your location if possible with sand samples Why I don't create threads are: I specialize in planting Pastlane, coriander, onion, tomatoes, Kyle, cauliflower, broccoli and moringa which I rarely see there, so I feel less multivated to Most of the people there don't do the type of farming we do in the north(groung irrigation system) I'm keypad lazy, I hate typing. Would rather read and walk away than typing and replying
Earthstorms: If I pay you, can you get the sugarcane planting materials for me? I am thinking of growing some sugarcanes
First of all Try to study the business, know it because that's what business is all about Have an idea of what you need, how it's done and what to expect before you get someone to do the work for you You know how some people can take an advantage over others just because they are novice in the field Getting those things can even be sorted where you are but there are prerequisites to that. Can you make it's bed or ridges for irrigation, type of soil it trives on Infact needing a farmer first to educate you and 2 another to work on the farm while you supervise/pay him
CaptainGo: Are you saying 5 to 10 million naira investment in sugarcane farming can yield up to100 million naira in 14 months?
yes, It should be more than that Based on how it's done over here, it can be watered atleast every 2 weeks until rain comes, even after the rain it can take up to 3 months that's if you will water it again before maturity. 12 months is enough to cashout on sugarcane I love it because it has unending market demand Ask people, I mean experienced farmers ooh not those University lectures Go to the farms, ask questions and you will be amazed
princemaths: haha so where are your millions in Nigeria. IAM sure you're still in your parents basement. Foolish dreamer.
I hope we have a nice discussion devoid of insult or hate speech I love farming and my parents think otherwise though my father is a farmer but not that consistent. They made sure we had the best of education while hoping for a white collar job... the average naija parent mentality even though I didn't buy into their school of thought Long story short I decided to leave the family path and I'm happy after 4 years my parents who never believed me are fascinated at what my 2 plot of land could pull in for meevery year
To travel out of naija is pain to me There are endless opportunities in the Nigeria Agriculture is 90% untapped in this country, with places I can go and get some mineral resources for free and sell or even act as middle man Leave and become a slave in another man's country Only my flight ticket/visa to those Western world can get me 100 million naira in 14 months with just the simplest sugarcane farming
As a country, we should do more to promote culture and Tourism
I enjoyed this Live in Kano but 2025 Jigawa, Jos and yobe are on my watchlist I love the fact that you made me add yobe But how's the security situation over there?
Eweeh! 27 meterz no be here ooh But this incident serves as another reminder of the urgent need for Nigeria to address the deep-seated issues within its policing system and to ensure that law enforcement officers serve as protectors of the people, not aggressors. But on the other hand if your hand clean or even dirty why don't you rogger Dem and go ur way Always consider the consequences of decisions and actions before embarking on them
I doubt he estimated his lose/gain before speeding like a drift King
This man During his time some of his policies, particularly those related to agriculture and security, were perceived as favoring northern interests, which alienated other regions. But today see him preaching unity with sports Tomorrow nah he's may become another hero Until we snatch the destiny of this country from their hands we will keep wishing to go back to the past
Kdon2: Allow me to give you a brief summary of the Biafra war. The Biafra war was a direct result of the first military coup of January 15, 1966 against the then civilian government. The civilian government was headed by a northerner tafawa balewa, with namdi azikiwe as executive president, Samuel akintola was premier (governor) southwestern region, ahmadu bello was premier northern region, michael okpara eastern region while dennis osadebay was premier Mid-Western region. The coup which was masterminded by ibo boys in army killed only northern and south west leaders sparing all ibo leaders including bamdi azikwe and micheal okpara among many major political figures of the time.
The Hausa boys in the army were enraged when ibos began to strategically manipulate the Nigeria system in order to dominate all other tribes. Then the Hausa Fulani group in the army carried out counter coup to remove the ibo man that was made the head of state after failure to address the issues raised by the northerners about the couo and the couo plotters more especially when ibos began to celebrate the death of tafawa balewa and ahmadu bello mocking their death with caricature of a goat among other diss.
Because the counter coup of July 1966 had many ibos slaughtered including the then military head of state aguyi ironsi, odimegwu ojukwu went to war to pull eastern Nigeria out of the Nigeria merger, since tge condition for peace demanded by him was not met by the government of yakubu Gowon which was installed by the aggrieved northern army boys behind the second coup.
This is the summary of how the Biafra war started. It however ended badly for the ojukwu Biafran side when they began advancing and Overunning Yoruba land of ore and moving towards Lagos because Yorubas that had chosen to be neutral were forced into the fight between hausa/Fulani army boys and ibos army boys with the threat on Yoruba land. Awolowo joined the yakubu Gowon federal government to clip the wing of the ibo guys. End of war!
I would love to ask please, how did ojukwu start the war
Story story ehh Who believes this crap not until we see or confirm from many sources
Nnpcl isn't trusted until proven otherwise They have a wonderful art of lying carelessly to the country ever since time immemorial Amu ofiaz! Together with this clueless regime that made me abandon one of my farms because of the cost of pms

:PWonderful!!! Do you even know how many times we tried to get admission to study this course Mehn
I know how it feels, but I want to remind you that setbacks don't define us. I know someone who tried more than four times before they finally achieved their dream of becoming a doctor. It's tough, but persistence is often the key to success. Talent and potentials and sometimes the path to success isn't straight – it’s about pushing through the tough moments.
Quitting shouldn't have been the answer, and I truly believe you can get back on track. It’s all part of the journey, and with hard work and determination, you’ll get there. Don't let this stop you from chasing your dream – you're capable of more than you know.
