know i didnt and they never ask me to come for a medical test,i did just the travel insurance,i was invited by my brother

hello guys,i just apply for canadian visa through my cic i have submitted and did my biometrics finger print.days ago i got a msg on my cic account stated that my original passport is needed at the embassy that i should come with the letter they sent to me.do any body understand this steps and what i should expect. pls guys get back if you have a responds for me thanks
