what about the game stores

hi every1 new here. i got a ps3 and am goin back home 2 nigeria kano.i have not been there  for many years and i do not how thing go around there so i got a couple of question if any1 could answer asap

1.can u play online wireless
2.can u play online worldwide or ppl only in your country
3.does having a power outage mess up the ps3
4.what is the best Brod band 2 use
i am goin 2 stay in kano do they have any game stores
