I hope I haven't posted in a wrong section, as I just registered into n.l today! (Been a guest,reading news and all since 2010). If I did, I'm sorry mods

I'm a mechanical engineering student, 400 level ,university of benin.
I will be due for industral trianing on april 1st. I will need help from any member who can offer a spot in an engineering coy he works for.I don't mind writing aptitude tests or even do interviews if need be, I maintain a very good result here in school so I believe I can smoke whatever test any big coy will provide for industrail training applicants.
I tried to make a friend at escravos help me, but he told me that "the big men" have put their children,children's friends etc there, I don't want to create a negative mind set, so I will keep trying my luck and believe I will be lucky at last!
I want to work strictly in an engineering coy because of the experience,I don't want to resort to a bank,a media house or where is outside my field just because of lack of opportunities.however a good pay will be appreciated.
Advices of any kind from every other person is welcomed! Even if you can't help me, you can advice me, or you may know someone who can, I really need your help brothers and sisters!

*mods please can you put this on the front page even if its just for 30mins? So I could have a good chance, please help a young student with focus*

Btw, seun or the mods of this section, a sub section should be created for industral placements!, its a very impoertant part we all seem to ignore!, more so as a good percentage of nairalanders are university students.
