Career › Re: Zenith Bank Nigeria Salary Scale: How Much Does Zenith Bank Pay Their Staff? by mediocre(m): 10:03am On Mar 15, 2017
RileyFreeman1:
90% of persons working with them earn N75 as contract staff. No other benefits, no upfront, no leave allowance, so much discrimination and most stay on this salary for almost 5 years before they start earning a little above 100k.... I have friends who work there, they complain every day!!!
Hmm. almost 5 years? stop lying. When you're employed, your start as a contract staff where you earn 75K. It takes only three years to get confirmed after which you're entitled to upfront benefits, profit sharing etc. So how did you come to a conclusion that 90% of their staff are contract?

If you said this about banks like GT, access etc, that don't even bother to confirm contract staff then you wouldn't be lying.

Note that this is a recent development and has not always been the mo of the bank.

recent = about 5 years ago

Yeah she did, she was telling Efe that she has so much plans for her life that the 25 million will barely last 2 weeks once she starts executing the plans. Yeah so in a way she said it. I didn't get to watch the private jet suitors part though
yeah but most of the comments i read were like

" tboss said she can spend 25 million in two weeks and you're using your money to vote for her "

most people just assumed she meant squander, thanks to our updaters.
TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Naija 2017: Live Thread by mediocre(m): 9:03am On Mar 15, 2017
updaters in the house i hail o. Those of you saying tboss said she can spend 25 million in two weeks, did you explain to people that didn't watch why she said it? Or you just picked out that statement and made it a headline which seems to be the case here.

Una well done o .

ps: I'm not a fan of tboss so if you're thinking of coming for me just dey your lane.

Well, maybe before I joined this forum, but ever since I joined this forum, if I be sincere, I hardly see Efe's fans insulting first, people attack them first, which you also do directly and indirectly, before they respond, and sometimes, they don't even respond, or they go subtle, I ain't taking sides or trying to be defensive. They may not be like that before I joined, I ain't disputing, and from what I can gather so far, they started it first, but I sense, in all humility, their camel's back has been broken, so they've been humbled. And I'll assume you've not seen any of my messages, where I do tell them to ignore the insults and let them pass.
It's not a matter of Peace advocacy, or someone taking anything personal here, I'm only thinking some things aren't necessary if sanity must be maintained. I'll believe you that they started it all, but these days, I don't see them coming for people first, and I only quoted that message, outta many of your similar messages, so it doesn't aggravate unnecessary E-war et al.
Nobody is here to impress anyone or make friends, however, even though this goes a long way as a reflection of who we may be, but nobody is trying to play a saint here, I'm only saying we can be more mature about the way we handle issues here, so as not to derail the thread, so the thread can serve its original purpose.
I may be wrong if they still attack first, or maybe I haven't just noticed, but will be on the lookout, I'm sorry I'm not being biased, however, we'll also call our house to order while you pls play maturity too, so our arguments can be constructive while we maintain sanity.
Thanks for your clarifying. Do have a great week ahead!
You and epistles sha
