At a university they had the freshman class make the same predictions that some of the well-known psychics do every year, and they found the freshman class did better Rama |

Music is largely psychic. It is a feeling. It is not logical. It is a feeling - Art, life, why we live - feelings. Rama |
Seeing occurs, of course, through stopping thought. Thought is the fog. When thought stops in meditation, at any point, when there's no thought, we see the other shore. Rama |
To be psychic is to see without the senses and to keep the thoughts and emotions of others out of your awareness. Rama |

Sex is life: The act of creation in pleasure, the loss of oneself in another, the coming together of opposites in a temporary union of yin and yang, that creates something other than either. What is life if not this? -Rama |
Love is light in the inner worlds; it is energy, a luminescent energy that is the basis of all creation. Love is the only thing in this world that is worthwhile because it is the only thing in this world that is eternal. -Rama |

“The inner cry is a very good way to meditate. As you’re sitting there in meditation, just cry inwardly to God, to that source, to your spiritual teacher if you have one, to a particular god or goddess, a celestial being in a higher plane that you’re drawn to. As you sit and meditate, reach with your whole being. Cry like a child, not with tears or unhappiness, but just reach. For example, if you were meditating with your whole being on Lakshmi, the goddess of light and beauty, you might repeat her name. You might, with your whole being, just say, “Lakshmi, Lakshmi, Lakshmi” silently inside yourself. If you do this with great intensity just for a few minutes, it will bring your heart out, and the power of your love will attract a higher reality to you.” -Rama |
“We forget about the space between the stars, the pure and perfect space that’s also the eye of God. To penetrate the mystery is to become the mystery; to penetrate infinity is to become infinity; to penetrate light is to become light.” -Rama |
Beyond the spectrum of love that we experience is a radiance of love, a complete, harmonious, endless and perfect love. And this love is engendered, is awakened, not simply by our own actions. This love is engendered very often by the gods, goddesses and carrier beings. -Rama |
As individuals we experience a limited type of love. We experience love between each other, sometimes love for country, love for beauty, love for food, love for God. But it is only a small particle of the universe. We experience only a small particle of love and truth. What we know as love is only a shadow, a glance of what total love really is. -Rama |

The rishis of old attained the Knowledge of Brahman. One cannot have this so long as there is the slightest trace of worldliness. How hard the rishis laboured ! Early in the morning they would go away from the hermitage, and would spend the whole day in solitude, meditating on Brahman. At night they would return to the hermitage and eat a little fruit or roots. They kept their mind aloof from the objects of sight, hearing, touch, and other things of a worldly nature. Only thus did they realize Brahman as their own inner conciousness. -Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa |
Brahman is beyond mind and speech, beyond concentration and meditation, beyond the knower, the known and knowledge, beyond even the conception of the real and unreal. In short, It is beyond all relativity. Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa |
These people are like ... a frog living in a well, who has never seen the outside world. He knows only his well, so he will not believe that there is such a thing as the world. Likewise, people talk so much about the world because they have not known the joy of God. Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa |
