Ronaldo has proven himself anywhere he has played, oh yes, but in big team with great players like Manchester United (and MU is still winning without him) and now in another big team with great players like Real Madrid. Stars like Ibra and Villa arrived and played with Xavi and Iniesta, and both have been outclassed by Messi. Its funny how Ronaldo fans believe that he has always played in worthless teams and with worthless players. |
How did Barton not get sent off? |

Perhaps it's the third jersey then ![]() |
Here's a tweet from Guillem Balague about an hour ago. GuillemBalague: Interesting: Arsenal hanging on for a deal. Im afraid the cellebrations from Barcelona were premature and that must have hurt Arsenal boardchampagne on ice, I'd advice |
The best team in the world just got better. . . welcome home Cesc. |
World Champions Spain lose to Italy!.Losing debut for Thiago Full Time:Italy 2 vs Spain 1
Tepid performance from Spain. A deserved win for Italy. As per Thiago. . . Spain lost 1-2 to Holland when Xavi made his debut and drew 0-0 with Russia when Iniesta made his debut. . . I guess it's just a trend. Perhaps, Thiago is the next great Spanish midfielder. Pique got off injured. . . With the super copa only four days, we're doomed! Don't know how badly injured he is though. I pray it's just a slight knock. |
Spain 1 vs Italy 1 Thiago comes on as a substitute for Andoni Iraola. Debut appearance for Thiago against the country of his birth. . . Torres went out injured in the 1st half. |
^^ It's £35m + £5m in variables. I hear Arsenal are gonna accept and Cesc might be a Barca player this weekend. |
According to barcastuff: We've made a new 35m + 5m(variables) offer for Cesc. They say a deal might be reached this Friday. Hopefully, this marks the end to the longest running transfer saga in the history of football. |
AjanleKoko:Yes o! Toulalan, Joaquin and Cazorla have since joined Malaga. In addition, they've signed Joris Mathijsen, v.Nilsteroy, Sergio Sanchez and the hot youngster, Isco, from Valencia. Malaga are gonna challenge for the title this season and I see them grabbing one of the CL tickets. They've made very smart signings. I like what they've in midfield, looks pretty solid - Toulalan, Baptista, Cazorla and Joaquin. Toulalan is new to the league but he's a quality player and I've no doubts that he'll adapt. Baptista looks like he's got his mojo back since joining them in January given how he was scoring for fun last season. Cazorla is arguably the best left winger in the league and Joaquin is an experienced veteran and he'll bring a lot of creativity and guile into the team. They also have one of the revelations of last season, Salomon Rondon and the goal king himself, v.Nilsteroy up front. What's more? They're managed by Pellegrini, a very good and experienced coach that loves to attack. La liga fans have asked for more competition, here it comes. Too bad we're kicking off our campaign this season away to them.n last season. The Black Panther, Eto'o. |
For those in London looking for a place to hide, there's the Arsenal trophy room. |
^^ That Thievy Bifouma is something else. He singlehandedly wrecked us last night. Pochettino is definitely gonnna use him since they're likely to sell Osvaldo. |
Essien earns more than Mikel in wages but when you factor in endorsement deals then Mikel trumps Essien. |
Obertan > Giggs? I don't know about that but certainly, Obertan has oodles of potential. He just needs a decent run of games. By the way, why sign Sneijder when you have a Cleverley? |
Lost 0-3 to Espanyol in the Copa Catalunya. It was players from our youth teams that played - the juvenile and cadet teams. |
sweetguy10:Arsenal have included him in their squad to face Udinese in the CL. I doubt they'll use him though. He's not taken part in any preseason game and has hardly trained with his teammates. Perhaps, they're trying to force us to come up with the money. |
lol @ signing Danny Shittu. ![]() |
I think they need some grown men in that team. |
@ usb AJ has already answered you. Real Madrid have signed a seven-year-old football prospect from Argentina, who also happens to go by the name Leo.http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/aug/08/real-madrid-seven-year-old Madrid never ceases to amaze me. I'm flummoxed. |
If indeed there's any plan by the senate to sack him, you really can't tell where the Yoruba guys would swing. Al Mustapha has already shown us that they are only motivated by money. |
Iranoladun:Yes, it's still on. The match there're fears over whether it'll hold or not is the Nigeria vs Ghana friendly. I'm expecting a whitewash. I've seen the English boys and they are pretty useless. |
Vanilla Twilight - Owl City |
Really poor display yesterday. |
^^Whoa. . .It seemed so far back. I guess we've beaten them so much that it's really hard to remember that they've gotten one over us in the past. |
usbcable:Like they won't get shipped out to Getafe and eventually end up in Valencia. |
MTN are simply useless. Thieving S.O.B's. Their BB service is the worst. |
