Fellow Nairalanders, please read my suggestion and contribute. In my opinion, I feel that the best solution to this unemployment problem is by introducing SHIFTING in all sectors. Imagin when all the number of civil servants in Nigeria is doubled- I mean if we have 1.2 million government workers working already, then another 1.2 million people will be employed and the salary is shared accordingly. The same in the bank sector, petroleum sector, construction sector, etc. Now tell me who will not have a job? With this in place, one can work in two or more places so as to earn more money. I believe this is what is applied in the developed countries. Why can't our President, leaders and the people incharge introduce this if they love Nigerians? Please help me to talk to them...
I believe with this Nigeria will move forward and all the unemployed youths will be enguaged otherwise...
