Nairaland web programmers i got a contract from a client the application is going to work like Shopping cart site eg Ebay with payment integrated in it (Interswitch or Cashenvoy).

Programmers should start bidding i dont want your email address or number yet, just tell me amount you think u are going to charge then i wld select the bid that makes sense then set up a meeting.

Nairalanders i wanna ask, is speaking tongues thought or it comes from above, cause i went to a church today and they mentioned if you havent been baptized before or cant speak in tongues please come out, please i need your view in this
