Granted in every struggle, there is bound to be innocent casualties. Do well to take a clue from the rebels in Libya. Can we equate how many innocents persons have died from that insurgent? What about the struggles in syria and yemen? Even when trained counter terrorist agents like United states special forces or marines enter any area for a military occupation, innocent casualties are recorded. The simple truth is that the Niger Delta militants to a large extent, played by the rules of engagement in their assaults. Properties were targeted with a prior notice warning residents or workers to relocate. Children, Women and unarmed Civilians were not targets. That is what you call combat rules of engagement cause when it is time to come to the table, all stakeholders will be interested in the talks. And what were they fighting for? environmental reparation, and a better life for their people and not the division of Nigeria or that a bulk of the country's resources that come from the Niger Delta area should not go to the north. NO! They never said that. Any right minded individual will definitely want to come to the table with such a group. But now, lets give it up for Gboko  Haram, tell us what you want and lets see if we can come to the table, and lets also hear your rules of engagement,

I currently have 2 ponds and i am looking to expand the farm. At the moment, i have a 100 by 50 land onground, 6000 hatched fishes that have grown to postfingerlings and jumpers status respectively as well as a standby borehole. My limitation however is to raise funds for 8 mobile tapaulin ponds which sell at 25,000each. I am seeking a loan of 100,000 payable by December after first harvest with a 100% ROI on the said loan. I am prepared to also give the would be investor something to guarantee the payback, although it is not going to be properties.
