Yes, the LOI is from the Rotary International Convention. A generic LOI was issued to all participants by the organisation with a special code generated by the IRCC, which was added during the application. Meanwhile, the LOI does not state or indicate the role of the participants, as pointed out by the VO. However, my introduction/ explanation letter clearly stated my roles and why I wanted to attend the Convention.

The above are part of my socio-economic ties, which are strong enough to the best of my knowledge.

Didn't get august 2024 date even though I tried to expedite. My info on my ds 160 is now stale, can I just fill another ds 160 and carry along? Has anyone ever been in this situation?
