my tecno lb7 is impossible to flash without it crashing. I got frustrated and stopped. every time I try to root, it bricks and then I have to us SP flash to flash the default ROM back on the phone.

the only thing I haven't flashed is a custom Rom since tecno and its brothers have extremely poor software support compared to xiaomi and Sammy. zte too has decent custom ROMs. you should try and see if you can get one fore your phone.
