Hey everyone,

I wanted to share my experience after recently interviewing with Alphalete Marketing in Irving, TX. Like some of you, I had concerns after reading mixed reviews online, but I chose to go in with an open mind — and I’m really glad I did.

The interview process was smooth and professional, and I was offered a position the same day. What stood out was their emphasis on training, personal growth, and performance-based advancement. There’s no upfront investment or recruiting your friends — so from what I’ve seen so far, it’s definitely not an MLM.

It’s a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and yes, it’s a hustle — but if you’re driven and open to learning, it seems like a great place to build skills and grow professionally.

If anyone else has worked with or interviewed at Alphalete, I’d love to hear your experience too! Let’s help each other out by sharing real, honest insight.
