We can only be talking about success when we have a real grant. Since there is no grant, people are only wasting their time, money, effort etc.

Mark my words, it will end in spectacular failure

Now, even if TELPECON truly has a grant, it can be more than 100, 000 dollars. Which is too small to even satisfy a cluster. No country or organisation will transfer that amount of money (700 billion dollars) just like that. Even real NGOs/aids agencies like Oxfam, Save the children, Red cross, etc. dont even have a budget that big. The yearly revenue of each of India, Brazil, Spain, Norway, Russia (yes!), Canada, Switzerland, South Africa, Turkey, Australia, Sweden, Singapore, South Korea is not up to $700 billion. And many of these countries are developed countries.

TELPECON has no structure, reputation, expertise and it's just a scam.

Why would CBN transfer money to TELPECON to give Nigerians when the same CBN is currently giving Nigerians covid 19 money through banks.

720 billion dollars will ruin the economy beyond repair through inflation. Why would the CBN that is in charge of controlling inflation now release money that will cause inflation?

Check my older posts for more.
Hmm... You've made your point according to the level you can dissect it or should l say according to what you know which some of us don't know. Respect! But however, l would suggest you reduce your interest on the grant as you make few comments on it. Sir, you should just continue to direct us(security wise) on how not to fall for any.............. Thanks!

And to the hopefuls like me, we shall see its end as l believe that nothing can withhold this grant from not reaching me even when other successive grants are not realizable.

My response to Elomama's letter to donors (aka beneficiaries)

A) "Restoration can only be done in the presence of a general assembly" Really? Doesnt this look like a delay tactic straight out of Elomama's playbook? gringringrin General assembly is a larger body than BOT na. But we know, it's all a load of hogwash to buy more time. grin

B) "I don't have access to TELPECON account". No person with a soupçon of sense is expecting you to be the sole signatory to a corporate account at TELPECON. The account itself is of little or no value since donors(aka beneficiaries) did not directly pay money into it. Whatever is in that account is what you top level scammers decide to put in it from money collected from gullible fellows. gringrin

C) " I don't have personal contact with CBN staff." You? A whole president of TELPECON? Yet gullible people still think you have money with CBN. I know some will scream CONSULTANT. Just imagine Subomi Balogun, the doyenne of banking in Nigeria and founder of FCMB, saying I don't have any contacts at CBN because I am no longer the CEO of FCMB. gringrin You are even the current president of TELPECON and not one low-level employee and you have been trying to withdraw money from CBN for years now, whether or not a consultant is involved is pretty much immaterial.

D) "I am not a weak leader." Oga you are weak and ignorant of how to access grants. (one part of me says you damn well know there is no money any where.) No country or organisation in its right senses will just transfer that amount of money to you like that, no matter how altruistic your reasons may be. gringrin You are not red cross, red crescent, oxfam, save the children, etc. na. And why did it not make international news? And why will CBN transfer money to your amorphous organisation when there are banks to do the disbursement? gringringrin

E) "Have I done wrong to stand against evil conspiracy?" What evil conspiracy? BS! You promised to deliver on/before December. In fact you were just expecting alert from CBN, according to you. After your spectacular failure, you said "i was given an offer I could not refuse." gringrin Now it's a telex copy causing an evil conspiracy? Conspiracy by ur consultant (your co-scammer) to purloin millions/billions of fake grant? Or a telex copy now will block disbursement? I will expose that prof Nkanta soon. He's likely a fake.gringringrin

Note that Elomama didn't give any serious, official info concerning the state of things. Just the usual empty nonsense.

Well, sincerely l love the part of you that reawakes our security consciousness! But the thin line there is that, are you for the grant success or otherwise?? An unbending stance from you will be more appreciated, sir.

If you believe this, you will believe anything! USA gave grants to Nigerians and it is not in any credible news outline? You can't find the information anywhere? Even though you are still an undergraduate, you still have reasoning ability. So the consultant is still with the documents and doesn't want to release them? Don't Elomama and TELEPECON know the way to the courts? I also heard the said money will be given tomorrow to the consultant. So all these while they have been telling you they have the money and disbursement will be soon they have been lying?
Guy, if you want to express your thought, please do so by not quoting me! Alaye dey ur day, make l dey my day na!!! You've been attacking a reasoning that's too much for you to comprehend. l repeat again, stop quoting me oooo. Lolz

Exactly. Normally, from what I'm aware of, grants are applied for using proposals which are screened to ensure they meet up with the requirements. Beneficiaries are not qualified just by paying a sum, and not everyone can usually access grants. But this one seems to be open everybody.

At least my Alma mater can rest assured I am not disgracing them. How well do you know me to say I am not contributing to my Alma mater

So applying for spurious grant is how you plan to help the poor?

If you know what is called risk, you will be investing in shares, bonds, futures, etc., not running around and calling your ignorance-induced activity risk-taking.

Hmmn. "show of confidence and doggedness " you call it? Well the ignorant are also cocksure, anyway.

Of course, you weren't forced into it. And no one can force you to think, either.

You have made yourself proud, so clap for yourself. Money well spent in the University. gringrin

You claim to have much knowledge on grants based on your experience and education background. Pls enlighten me, does poor supposed beneficiaries require to pay money for grants, and cite examples of such successful grants? And what was the basis of the qualification of this grant, is it just by paying the money requested?
Not all. You don't request money from beneficiaries cos grants are there to solve problems!

The qualification of any NGO to be awarded grant lies with their interest that must be in tandem with that of the donor! Mind you, a strong proposal would have been submitted to the organization giving out the grant.

You claim to know a lot about grants, yet you fail for this ruse?

**You are studying courses related to grants? gringringrin You deserve a medal for making your school proud.
Since when has our educational system has been bedeviled with all sorts of problems, Mr man, what has been your singular contribution thus far to your alma-mater??, has anything viable ever come from a person like you to ameliorate the sufferings of the disadvantaged in your society let alone your local community?? These are parts of questions you seriously need to ask yourself before trying to berate a chap man whose show of confidence, doggedness and ability to take risk is protruding enough all to see.

As adult, participation in any program is subjected to my own self-evaluation of the process be it favourable or otherwise. l was not coerced before l venture into, so please cut me some slacks! Either the grant is coming or not, l've been able to make myself proud in my little world.

Lolz... l be elomama na. And you want them to reel out the bottleneck just like that?? Commonsense! And now that we know, either is with CBN or Telpecon, the crux of the matter is that where the grant is deposited has been substantiated and no problem accessing it!

Donors (aka beneficiaries) ruminate on this before you sleep:

Last year, Elomama himself said everything was ready and he was just waiting for CBN to credit their account.( if in doubt, get his old voice notes.) In other words, everything concerning paperwork had been done.

Now, why is one obscure Telex copy causing delay again?

lmagine the consultant liaising with some heads at the back of the person(chairman)whose name is on the grant. Thanks to CBN that frustrated their efforts! please don't quote me if you believe nothing works in Nigeria and by extension, Telpecon grant. l watched the video yesterday while the whole drama last as well meaning personalities were there both the old and young ones!

Modified: Elomama's is the sole name on the grant meaning he only can be given the grant to disburse! Once the telex copy of the total sum is retrieved from the consultant alongside other unfaithfuls who are now dismissed, disbursement starts!
