That's not a problem, there is a health center at UDI, just before the police check point. U can do it there for 1000 naira.besides the medical report will be needed at the interview stage so u can get the report before going for ur interview.

What's d name of the health centre?

No documents required o, just carry the printed out medical form from the website and some money to smoothen d procedure.

Anybody from going frm PH to Enugu 2moro without the doctor's report should drop his\her number, so we can put heads together on how to go about it. I might be driving down there.
