for universities like that, you just have to obey their rules , besides you picked the form and signed to obey all dier rules. both new and old. Covenant university is worse, I learnt the hard way as well. you will be fine.

But they're trampling on our rights, they want us to pay extra next semester that's why they're doing this, they also want to delay the final year students, it's really unfair and very wicked of them.

'm a student of Oduduwa University in ife Osun State, they're trampling on our rights in this school, it has been going on for a while but we can't take it anymore, attached below are some pictures, in the pictures you'll see students standing outside the gate, those are students that have paid their fees in full, just because they don't have a said school receipt they refused to be allowed into the school, some of us even missed our exams yesterday because of this. This is a private university we're talking about. Normally all registration both late and normal for the semester ends a day before the start of exam, the school even sent out a memo that the registration was going to end on the 14th of February but some of us that paid last week and on Monday and have even paid the penalty for late registration but still they refused to collect our course forms and issue us the school receipt telling us Registration has closed last week, meanwhile it was boldly written on the memo that it was going to end on the 14th, also attached below is a copy of the memo. We've done everything possible, we've begged, we've cried, we've written an appeal letter, the school management has refused to listen to us, they refused to allow us write our exams and even enter the school compound. Our parents and family have been trying to reach the school, they're ignoring our parents calls and text messages, even some parents had to come down to the school, but they were not attended to.
