if you flash a Nokia 2700c,5130c it flash completely and software OK but the phone is still showing white display after Nokia logo try and remove the camera and re flash i try this on phone recent and it works

ODUSINA: Pls can anyone help me get solution to my bb 9700? The flash light suddenly turned itself on and it refused to off itself. Have deleted all programmes on it and have also removed the battery and still there is no solution.
So I took it to an Engineer who told me its either I choosed from turning it on permanetly or tunning it off permanently. Pls I need someone to help me out

take it to software engineer for reloading if that could not solve the problem that mean is an hardware related issue

my advice to phone engineer
Always listen to customer complain it helps in your troubleshooting
Never repair a phone on asumption troubleshot first and confirm the problem of the phone
Take proper record of phone given to you and the data of the customer to avoid mix up
Always check the software version of mobile phone before you flash it
when your troubleshooting do the easier one first
Whenever you are unscrewing phone keep all component in a plastic container e.g take away plastic
Mind the screen flex and other fragile component when unscrewing
put some factors into consideration when charging a customer e.g the price of the phone and spare part
keep childreen and customer away from your working department
dont feel shy to tell the customer if you can't fix a particular brand of phone
no engineer repair all phones.
