I use a Techno K7 (spark series). it suddenly stopped working last month. I took it to Carl Care and they said it was the panel. I paid for it to be fixed and I got yesterday (3 weeks after I paid for it).

Now the issue is the phone now hangs, apps keep stopping.. "messenger has stopped working" "facebook isn't responding " "Google Play services keeps stopping" on and on like that for every application on the phone. I called their customer care and they said I should return it back to them for check up. my fear is the duration it might take before I get it back.

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO FIX IT MYSELF? OR SHOULD I JUST GIVE IT TO THEM?

Don't touch anything in the phone to avoid warranty void take it back to them they will look into it

Take that phone to care centre or competent engineer to help you check before you spoil the panel from what you said is like the phone has bridge in circuit and if you continue it may damage the panel

guys pls hlp. my phone (gionee p5w) shows charging indication when connected, can even transfer files to my pc but never increases, rather decreases drastically. as a result i always have to use a universal charger. took it to repair, starting charging via usb cord then anoda problem stats immediately, no network. it picks sim, can view contacts but no network on thd network bar (a crossed circle). return it to d engineer only for him to tel me d next day dat he's done wat he could, d only option by him if happens to be a failure wil damage d phones engine. unwilling to take d risk, i headed home only to switch it on & see full network while d charging fault is back. am now back to square 1 afta spending with a phone that does not charge. wat shud i do? sorry 4 d lng story.

to be frank with you the only solution to that phone problem is to change the panel or take it to there service centre

the first restart may take time that is normal but subsequent power on if it take time also that means you need to do factory reset on the phone

it depends on the phone some phone when you flash with format and download option it will remove the frp lock but you will need to repair the imei
