To your third point, the divorce rate is high in the west but that doesn't stem from the feminist movement. Each marriage is different and people choose to end them for different reasons. But to blame the divorce rate on a group of women is irresponsible. No one should be shamed if they choose to stay in a marriage or leave it. Moreover, we Nigerians tend to believe that as long as you're married, even if it's a bad marriage, that's somehow better.

OP, you have this sad, inaccurate caricature of what a feminist is. Feminists are women and men, young and old, and rich or poor. They come from all walks of life and experiences because feminism is about the social, political, and economic equality between both men and women. Not this imaginary woman you've conjured in your head who is angry and miserable and going to fight you tooth and nail about everything, who you so earnestly believe is taking power away from you. Feminism is about choice: a man should be able to enjoy and want to cook and clean, if that's what he desires, without his masculinity being questioned. He should be able to cry without being seen as weak. A woman should be able to be as independent and as successful as she wants without having to worry about threatening the man. A woman should have equal pay to men for equal work and not be punished with a lower salary because her employer thinks she may get pregnant and start a family.

Love your points, but when you say we Nigerians I hope your have statistics and figures to prove that Nigerians believe that a bad marriage is better than divorce, because there is a high rate of divorce in Nigerian these recent times.

When lions form a pride there is one big male lion known as the Alpha male that gets to mate with all the females in the pride (even though they are 10) and the females only mate with just him. That is promiscuity and monogamy in nature for you. The females would only mate with multiple lions so that during invasions their cubs wouldn't be killed by rival lions as many lions will think they are the father of the cub.

3. Pop culture has made everything all about being plastic and fake and that is why some men easily accept women as lesbians and that is why more women are more inclined to be lesbians (feminists especially). Actually, I didn't change anything in that article I modified. The title says a woman has two hearts and talks about why women say they want nice guys and yet fall for bad boys only to marry nice guys in the end. As a marketer, I understand that you are speaking to men and not women and you want men to understand a little more about women. Now when I say men, I mean you are talking to those guys who are trying to be nice to ladies and still wonder why ladies fall for the bad guys and the reason you stated was that it's because a woman has two hearts, one in her vagina and her heart in her chest. If I was to pitch that article to someone, I will say this is why you shouldn't be nice to ladies because a woman has two hearts and this is how these two hearts operate. So don't act like a nice guy and expect a girl to understand because her two hearts are in control of her. So simply step up your game rather than think that playing nice will get you into her pants.

I believe that was the message of your article because every article is not just meant to educate or impact knowledge, but also to change the normal perspective.
