It is important but if you have filled all the necessary information without the NIN then try to apply for the scholarship to know the response but if you are successful in Applying I will still urge you to try and get the NIN because it compulsory to have it as a Nigerian.. .

2. About the ID card issue try to upload any school document with your passport photograph on it or your health center card

After your complete registration you will print something like a photo card it won't show your JAMB score because the scholarship is based on your CGPA. ...
